I've been to Morzine about a dozen times for skiing and mountain biking but haven't been lucky enough to stay in such a great position; less than a couple of hundred metres or so to both Plenny and Super Morzine lifts; a very short walk to some great bars and restaurants to wind down afterwards. Secure bike storage (and noticed there are ski lockers) was a great plus as was off street parking. Four of stayed here and there was plenty of space. Separate WC from the bathroom helped and the kitchen had all we needed for a quick breakfast before dashing out the door on to the mountains! Will defintely try to book again.

C’est la 2ème fois que nous venons car l’appartement est spacieux, propre avec une belle vue. Il faudra simplement prévoir le renouvellement des casseroles et poêles qui sont usées.

De woning is gelegen op een druk punt waar veel auto's voorbij komen, ook in de vroege ochtend. Verder alles heel fijn, met goede instructies vooraf. Het appartement is comfortabel, de keuken is prima en is goed voorzien van bestek, ovenschalen, glazen etc. Fijn ook dat er twee goede ovens zijn.

Die Wohnung liegt im Ort sehr zentral, aber leider an einer Durchfahrtsstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Cafes, Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt, so dass man das Auto kaum benötigt. Zu beiden Liften sind es nicht mal gemütliche 5 min. Fußweg. Zum Wandern und Mountainbiken ist die Lage ideal.

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique. Il est joliment décoré et équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le seul bémol (mais nous le connaissions pour avoir loué pendant des années l'appartement au-dessus) c'est le bruit. Il faudrait au moins remplacer les fenêtres et les volets des chambres car on entend beaucoup la circulation automobile et le bar du rez de chaussée. Cela reste quand-même pour nous une excellente adresse car l'emplacement est idéal pour aller skier et se promener dans Morzine.

les + : appartement proche centre ville, remontée mécanique du pleney à proximité et navettes gratuites. bonne literie. les - : appartement très mal insonorisé, donnant sur route très passante toute la journée et nuit, de plus au dessus d'un restaurant ouvert de 16h à minuit. Grande chambre avec porte donnant accès sur balcon non insonorisée. (nuits bruyantes), linge de lit non adapté à la literie. Petite chambre simple vitrage. Aspirateur non vidé depuis plusieurs mois!!! Poussières (mouton) sous les radiateurs de la salle à manger.

What a great location and such a comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to all ski lifts and the life of Morzine. Rosie was so communicative and easy to get information from. Really recommend this lovely place to stay!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four to stay for a week in Morzine. Fantastic location right at the bottom of the Pleney lift, easy walking access to everything in town and a lovely airy apartment with great views of the mountains out of the huge windows. We're already wondering when we can book to come again!

Had a great stay mountain biking. The apartment was in the perfect location for the lifts and moments away from shops and restaurants in morzine. We loved our stay at this property and can thoroughly recommend it.

We only stayed for four nights, I wish it could have been four weeks! This was our first ever visit to Morzine but I would definitely come back (not quite sure about my wife though!) The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the wine and biscuits was a nice touch. The doors to the balcony were a bit stiff and we were worried about breaking them until I enquired of Rosie as to how to open them. In fact, Rosie is a bit of a star as communications were excellent and she put up with my most inane of questions! There is a lockable garage downstairs which was very handy to store my rented bike in. We didnt actually use the oven so I can`t really comment on that There is a small pub/micro-brewery under the apartment but it didnt cause us any bother at all Satellite TV too so it was just like being at home, only nicer! The balcony is around two sides of the building and offers wonderful views. I would sit with a beer and watch the mountain bikers come down the trails. Unfortunately the luge on the hill wasnt open (I think it opnes early July) as I would have loved a go and probably would have sat watching other people come down too. Obviously Morzine is known as a ski-resort but I was here to do some road cycling and some of the climbs were fantastic especially the Col deJoux Plane but it`s also worthwhile checking out the goat village at Les Lindarets. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property at all Thank you Rosie for sharing it with us

Pub underneath is pretty quiet (and a nice microbrewery type pub, so a bit different to standard ski resort pubs) so no worries there. Highly recommended, and will hopefully be back next year.

Appartement spacieux , vue extraordinaire sur les pistes et la montagne , très agréable avec mes 3 petits enfants , très proche des pistes de ski , du centre ville de Morzine et des nombreux restaurants . Rien à dire sur le confort , bar au RdC un peu bruyant vers minuit , mais c’est la fête pour tout le monde . Une note , je mettrai 4,9 sur 5 . Impossibilité d'ouvrir le placard à ski au RdeC avec les clés . Vous pouvez nous retenir pour l’année 2000 . Merci .

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Morzine near the ski lifts. It is lovely and spacious and very homely. The views are incredible and we never tired of watching the world go by. There are great shops and restaurants within walking distance and the bus to Avoriaz was just around the corner. It was ideal and we’d love to return.

Great base for an off season break in Morzine. Fantastic communications from host right from 1st contact and apartment was fantastic. Very centrally based and would be perfect for the skiing season. Apartment has every item we could think off for a weeks stay but the best was the spectacular views. Great selections of basics like, tea, coffee etc provided but the bottle of wine was a really nice gesture. Can't thank Rosie enough and now already planning when we can return.

L’appartement est vraiment très agréable, spacieux, clair et bien agencé. Il est très bien situé, près du centre et des télécabines mais le revers de la médaille c’est qu’il est situé sur la route principale, très passante en saison. Autre bémol: la wifi ne marchait pas.

Very well equiped and spacious apartment close to pleny cable car. We stayed to spend time with family who work in morzine. Managed to cook Xmas dinner for 6 in the very well equipped kitchen. As the apartment is on the corner of the building you get lovely views all around. Parking space is available which is good but a garage would've have been better. It took us a while to dig our car out of the snow! Would stay again as perfectly placed for us.

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois d'octobre. L'appartement est agréable et très lumineux. La cuisine bien équipée. Nous y retournerons certainement. D'ailleurs nous voulions y retourner dès cet hiver, car il est idéalement situé pour le ski. Malheureusement, à nos dates de vacances l'appartement est déjà réservé.

We stayed here for 10 days in June, the apartment is in a great location conveniently located between lifts. It is very well equipped with everything you would need during your stay and a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and swimming pool. We ate out several times and all of our meals were good but we especially enjoyed La Rotonde which is located over the road - the steaks were great The multi pass is a great feature and gave us access to the lifts and the pool throughout our stay Rosie was very helpful responding to our questions and helping us plan our stay, we would definitely stay here agin

La location est propre, spacieuse, bien situee dans morzine et bien equipee. Le sejour est tres lumineux avec une superbe vue. La reservation etait simple et sans encombre

I’ve just returned from a week skiing in Morzine with my partner and two friends where we had a fantastic weeks stay in Le Schuss Apartment. Just as described the apartment is centrally located, nice and close to all the restaurants, shops, ski lifts, and most importantly the après bars! On arrival it was very easy to find and, once in, you can access the underground parking with ease. Watch out if you have a roof box though as we had to unpack and remove it before we could fit in the garage. From the garage level there is a lift that takes you to within a couple of metres of the apartment door. Great when you’ve got lots of kit and shopping to lug up the stairs. The apartment was very warm and clean when we arrived. Just as the photos show, its modern, clean cut, and with great mountain views. Everything was in good working order and there were plenty of utensils and pots and pans for our use. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us! The beds were very warm and comfortable and it was great to have the choice of a double bed in both rooms. There is a large set of drawers and hangers in each room, so perfect amount of storage for a week of clothes and ski stuff. The living, dining and kitchen area is all open plan which makes it really nice and sociable if someone has to be in the kitchen cooking. If you want to keep up to date with British TV then there is plenty of channels to choose from otherwise, if you’re like me, there is a fire place that is super cosy to sit in front of. You’ll have to buy the wood though, but this can easily be done at the local supermarket, which is only a couple of minutes walk away. There is a balcony that wraps around two side of the apartment. Although it was a bit too cold to stay out there too long at this time of year it was nice place to get some good photos of the town and mountains. The door handles were a little stiff, but we soon worked out how to open them. The management of the property is very well handled. Rosie responded very quickly to any questions I had and was also very accommodating to our needs. In resort Claire was the first point of contact and she was very quick to respond to my text. Other than an initial text there was very little interaction whilst in resort but I got the feeling that had I needed any assistance they would have been very happy to help. I will definitely be recommending the apartment to friends, and should we return to Morzine again we would love to come back.
