Our stay was very enjoyable. The home had all the comforts of home and really just about everything you would need was in the house. We primarily picked this location due to the seclusion it offered. Though there are many other houses in that neighborhood, you don’t know that there are any neighbors because of the trees and the quietness of the neighborhood. It really is a neighborhood in the forest. The bed was extremely comfortable! The home is certainly big enough for a large family to stay. It was a very good experience and we enjoyed our time there. Even though we we’re staying in the mountains in September, we did not expect to get snow while we were there. LOL there were two nights that we drove to the home with snow falling and woke up the next morning to an accumulation of snow that quickly melted away with the sun. I think we literally experienced all four seasons during our stay. 😁 We loved it though!

This property is amazing! In a semi-private area, but feels secluded. We spent lots of time on trails, hikes and a few lakes in the area! Dan was easy to contact with questions and responded quickly. He went out of his way to make sure we had a stock pot and casserole dish when we were there!

Foosball and pinball were a hit. The little kids loved the fire pit, and everything works in the house.

Nice and quiet, secluded area with breath taking scenery and wildlife.

We stayed here for 5 nights. It was a great get away. We were greeted by Mandy the property manager as soon as we arrived. The house was well stocked and clean. The kids enjoyed the pinball machine and fooseball table. The kithen/ living room was comfortable. We enjoyed watching the olympic trials which were being aired during our stay. Dan had recommendations for fishing that were excellent. My son and I spent the afternoon there and must have caught 10 trout fly fishing. Only a few recommendations to make the say better. First -- internet -- the listing says to use your smart phone as a wifi hot spot. The 4G LTE availability is not very usable. We had issues streaming pod casts to our cell phones. It was not a huge issue for us but worth noting if you were on a working vacation, this would not suffice. Second -- this property is an open range area. We brought our dogs with us. The first morning we were greeted by a small herd of cattle wandering through the property. We had to scramble to keep the dogs from running out to them. It would not have stopped us from going here but a heads up would have been nice. Third -- The propane ran out while we were BBQing. This was probably the only thing that soured the trip. I was in the middle of cooking 4 steaks. Half way through cooking I noticed the temperature had dropped on the grill. I checked the burners and the flames had gone out. I had to quickly move them to the oven in the house and broil them... ended up with some of the steaks being over cooked :( None of these issues would keep me from coming back here. It is a great house in a beautiful and unique part of Colorado. There are plenty of things to do and a great spot to unwind and enjoy with your family.

Secluded home in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Easy drive from Fort Collins and easy to find. Game room was okay, pinball machine did not work and the foos ball table was a little wobbly, mostly just stayed upstairs. Internet is not provided, you have to tether to your phone and use your data if you want it. Not a big deal since we wanted to get away, but a little misleading since it said provided and it was not. Overall, great place to stay for a quick weekend.

Renting this property was quick and easy! Everyone loved the location and the view. Home was exactly as advertised which was great. Only issue I had was the timing of the house cleaning. Everything was clean, but didn’t small fresh. Plus you could tell by the amount of snow left over from the last snow storm, no visible tire tracks to indicate anyone had been there recently. Available indoor games/activities were in rough shape and some had missing pieces. Overall fantastic trip, issues were extremely minor and would rent again in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to share your home with my family.

The house couldn’t have been in a lovelier setting and the home itself was so welcoming. The owner was fantastic about communicating and we had the best weekend. Before we left to go home the kids were already demanding we come stay again :)

What a great property and home to get away from home. The view was amazing and the property was set back far enough from the busy world that it was very peaceful, yet was close to some winter fun places. There was plenty of games and things to occupy our 8 kids and plenty of spaces to sleep. We loved having a fire in the wood stove and the beds were very cozy. The property was clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday and had the best time. We actually went snow tubing at Beaver Meadows which was not very far from the cabin! The cabin was amazing and there was plenty of room for us all!

Overall the experince was awsome. Great scenery, cabin was well outfitted.

Beautiful views and lots of fun activities. My now wife and I stayed here for a small Elopement in the winter. We got some beautiful pictures in a winter wonderland. And while the family was just hanging around we had a blast playing darts, cards, and Pinball! Overall great experience.

Great spot to spend time with family. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! Sadly had to cut it short due to a nearby fire, but Dan was easy to work and communicate with in this process. Beautiful views, and spacious outdoor areas, well appointed kitchen, super comfy beds! Kids loved the game room! We’ll be back for sure.
