This is our 3rd summer renting from Bob and we love it! This is the 1st year in this house and it won't be our last. The location to the boardwalk and beach can't be beat. The location is 1 house back from the boardwalk and minutes to all the shops and restaurants, but so quiet at night. We are a family of 4 and this location made getting to the beach a snap with 2 kids and we enjoyed several nights at Strollos Ice cream, just a minute walk down the street. Bob is always so helpful and responsive should we need anything. This is the ideal beach house getaway!

We were four friends in town for a nearby music festival. The place was very comfortable and the location was great. So convenient for boardwalk walks! We’d stay there again. We liked the open layout too- was great for friends who wanted to keep talking to each other whether upstairs or down! (Minor thing: It could have been a bit cleaner—especially downstairs bathroom and floors.)

House was very clean, well heated and had 2 nice, large bathrooms. My family enjoyed being close to the beach & the arcades even if it was only 35 degrees outside! Bedrooms are good size and comfortable. Overall a good experience!
House has parking for 1 car but on-street parking was available at the end of the lane.

Quick Trip to Point Pleasant
Robert’s place was perfect for a quick weekend visit to point pleasant to see family. Clean, all of the necessities, and great location. Would be awesome in the summer located so close to the beach!

We rented this home for our family while staying in town for a family wedding. Unfortunately after my last date to cancel, the wedding was cancelled as a result of COVID. Our kids all chose to remain in Cali and at work. My wife and I came and stayed the weekend as to not lose the $1560.00 rental fee. While it was very nice, it wasn’t the weekend we had envisioned.

This wonderful Point Pleasant house was so well kept-up, clean, bright, and beautiful. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, and the beds are very comfortable. HVAC system works great. The kitchen is huge and amazing! The location is perfect; right next to a private entrance to the boardwalk. Property owner is super friendly and easy to work with. We can't wait to stay again!

This is truly a 5 star house all the way! It's decorated beautifully and is super clean. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked with cooking gear which was great for a foodie like me. The house is steps from the sand and the private driveway felt so safe and quiet even when the town was crazy over the weekend. We loved meeting and chatting with some of the neighbors. Every morning we could quickly walk to our favorite bagel place and our favorite donut place. Each night we headed over for seafood at our favorite inlet restaurants. The owner is so kind and communicated well during my reservation process. I'm already looking forward to another trip down!

Two couples coming to Point Pleasant for a 4 day getaway at this home was perfect! I have nothing to say but nice things! The beach was right there! Many places to eat right on the boardwalk! Just what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at this updated, clean - and more spacious than we anticipated - house very close (a couple of houses) away from the boardwalk.
The owner was super attentive and responsive. Although the weather could have cooperated with us a bit better - we had a great time. The house was wonderfully decorated with all things beach and it had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay in terms of kitchen supplies, dish towels if we needed it - and instructions.
We highliy recoommend a stay at this property.
