We enjoyed our stay very much and we could've stayed even longer. Francis's place is beautiful and peaceful and the view from the balcony is beautiful, to the countryside. The sun shines to the terrace all day. In October the weather was perfect for us to stay here but there is also an aircon if the weather is warmer.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet apartment in the countryside. Francis, the owner, is very friendly and communication was easily handled with Google Translate and WhatsApp. The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets, if needed. The full-sized fridge/freezer combo came complete with freezer packs and ice cube trays. WIFI worked well in all areas. The peaceful view of the countryside from the balcony is wonderful, especially at sunrise. Stargazing is also excellent here. Realistically you'll need a car to stay here and you can park in front of the property. The location is ideal for exploring the island, seeing major sites or simply driving down lovely country roads/lanes through small towns and villages, soaking up the atmosphere. Several bronze-age historic sites are within easy reach. The beaches and major supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, etc.) at Can Picafort are a 15 minute drive away.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very enjoyable. The view from the balcony was truly lovely, and the host was incredibly warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our experience.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön am Ortsrand gelegen mit Blick auf eine Schafweide. Uns persönlich hat das leise Bimmeln der Glocken nicht gestört. Francis ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und zuverlässige Vermieterin. Sie hat bei Kontaktaufnahme sofort geantwortet und stets geholfen, wenn es Fragen gab. Besonders dankbar sind wir ihr dafür, dass sie uns das Café S’Auberg empfohlen hat. Ein nettes Café mit wunderbarer Aussicht und einer extrem netten Besitzerin, die es versteht, dass man sich bei ihr wohlfühlt. Der Supermarkt am Ort ist auch zu empfehlen, man bekommt dort alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu günstigen Preisen, auch ist die Besitzerin sehr nett. Einschränkend müssen wir jedoch sagen, dass das Mobiliar wesentlich älter ist, als man auf den Bildern erkennen kann. Auch ist die Wohnung nur eingeschränkt für kalte Zeiten geeignet – dies scheint aber der Mallorquinische Standard zu sein.
