The property was exactly as advertised, and in a great location close to magnificent beach. The only down side (and this is being a bit picky) the turning for the soi is directly opposite the U-turn you need to take and is easily missed the 1st couple of times.

Nothing really, the main road was a bit difficult to cross to get to the beach and the property could do with a dishwasher. Once you get to know the area there are ways to reach the beach with comparative ease

Eric is very friendly and accommodative. He stayed nearby and very responsive. Place is well-kept and is very clean. The pool is very well maintained. The maintenance guy came once to clean the pool when we were there. Kids enjoyed very much.

The facilties stated on the booking.com page is different from the actual. There is no safe box, no dryer only washer. Besides these, the rest are superb.

The villa is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The host(s), Rama before check-in and Eric during and after check-in where very responsive and seemed to genuinely try to solve all of our problems. I saw a comment about the bed being comfortable before booking the place, and after staying at the place i would agree that this is by far one of the best beds that i have used while travelling. I travel quite a bit. Note to other guests: You will need to hire/rent a vehicle to get around. Most places are close enough but you wont feel like stepping out during the daytime and good places close by shut early.

Hua Hin is a warm place, but the water in the plunge pool is quite cold. Almost too cold to use. A couple of other suggestions for the excellent hosts: 1) Fix a housekeeping package (daily/alternate days/etc) while checking in for convenience. Alternatively share contact of a reasonable housekeeping firm at the villa itself so that the guests can co-ordinate directly, if amenable to you. 2) Keep a small net for cleaning the pool ourselves if required. 3) Again, do something about the water temperature in that pool.

The villa was very spacious, exceptionally clean, pool was cleaned a couple of times while we was there, which was great, (but villa not cleaned could ask for it to be cleaned at an extra cost) , and also had Internet, which isn't mentioned on the website, had a couple of issues which was resolved quickly, the location was great, beach just a walk away as was market village and bluport shopping mall, lots of eateries close by, overall a very good, clean villa,

Building works very close, the villa is in a little street but it is a very busy street used a lot by the workers and Internet/broadband workers who park their vans outside of the villa, 2 dogs on street bark quite a lot at night but they are muzzled, inside the villa there was lots of square corners on units, desk, tables etc that we couldn't move, and our 2year old just kept aiming for!!
