Great location and the view across the creek to Callala Beach is amazing.
Free bikes to use were handy, they could do with some tlc but were fine for riding around.

Almost got charged a fee for a alleged damage to the laundry doors
The doors were faulty before we moved in and we received a call from owner after our stay that his cleaner believed we broke it, was on his way to apartment to inspect damage and charge us an extra cost. Nothing happened and owner apologised but we did not like the behaviour throughout that time frame

We found the key pad eventually , perhaps add to the instructions that the key pad is located beside the post office. As street numbers werent on any buildings. But we located it okay and got in.

Loved the location and view! The best spot in town - with easy short walks along the main shopping strip and access to cafes and the pub, as well as directly in front of the ferry terminal.
The apartment has been well loved so its a little bit tired but still very comfortable.

The location is perfect - close to everything and a lovely outlook over the wharf to the ocean. So many great eating places within metres. Unit had absolutely everything you need.
Like most other reviews the driveway to the underground car park. The instructions that come are scary enough and in reality it is not easy at all - we decided to give it a go in a medium size suv but gave up. There is easy parking on street out front and across the road at the wharf so it wasn’t too bad.

The location is wonderful. It was very clean and the balcony is fantastic
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I hardly slept. Parking in and out is tight which meant my wife wouldn’t drive in and out . The AC appears damaged and doesn’t rotate

Garage/parking. Cars over 5 metres should be advised NOT to use the poorly designed entry I have ever seen.

Magnificent interesting view. Bath! Excellent space, great well equipped kitchen. Heaps cleaning products. Use of bikes a bonus.
Need to be careful getting car up and down very steep ramp, but they did let us know. Plenty parking outside, so not a problem.

Location was first class. Overall appearance of the unit was also very good. All kitchen equipment was good
I like to have good towels, as I do at home. These ones could not have been called 'white', as though they had been washed with darker things. Also the bath mat in the main bathroom had threads hanging from it and was also discolored. Electrical equipment in the kitchen looked as if it could do with an update.

amazing location very clean the bed was comfortable great balcony to sit read and watch as it rained for a few days only minutes walk to several cafes. wonderful spa bath🤩😃 exactly as advertised

Excellent location & a large apartment. Very central with some excellent restaurants basically on the doorstep. The owner certainly provided things above & beyond (soap powder, conditioner, olive oil, etc. etc.)
Despite a fer shortcomings we would stay again though prices vary considerably so it's bet to price check different sites. We paid $329 per night.
The apartment is more suited for a family or friends rather than just two.
Needs some TLC, The apartment had broken taps in the bathroom & kitchen, paintwork damaged & no rugs or carpets, very clinical! & some demeaning rules such as "A $150 charge if you altered any of the TV settings"! Come on it was a cheap TCL TV & anyone should be able to fully configure any TV in under ten minutes!
Access wasn't that well explained though in hindsight the details were there, it's just that they should have been written in a better format. Thankfully a resident let us in & explained!
The access to the underground parking although fully explained was an absolute shocker! It's probably best to park in the street unless you have a really small car. We had sleepless nights worrying if we were able to get the car back out, it was though fine. In the four nights there we never used the car. Our car is mid sized (MB E300).

parking… too steep and difficult to manage .ended up damaging the car. also had to park on the street and I was concerned about the safety of the car.
it would also be good to have two sets of keys to the front door so some people could do separate things from each other if they wanted.
