Ideal location. Very comfortable and had everything you needed.
Cream tea on arrival with milk and biscuits which was a lovely touch.
No recycling for card and plastic, only glass. Not too much of a problem, took it home.

Wonderful location in a charming town
The house is quite cold, so pack a jumper

Excellent location and exactly as advertised regarding the stairs, we were lucky and managed to park on the North Quay every night but in the height of summer I'd imagine this could be very busy.

Central location in village. Well decorated.
Too much emphasis on the cleaning prior to departure. It says that unlike other platforms they don't charge a cleaning fee, so leave as you found. I.e immaculate.
I would rather pay a fee to feel a little more relaxed on day of departure. Not to have to hoover & mop. I suppose it difficult to get the balance right with this.
