Lands End is a beautiful property. It is well maintained. There are strict rules concerning the pool and hot tub. These are well intended to preserve the tranquility for all guest. The only issue was during check in. The instructions said to go directly to the property but I had to go to the rental office to pick up the keys.

Great location, minor issues
The property is located on the quiet end of treasure island, peaceful and relaxing if that is what you are looking for. Upon check in, property was clean on the surface (not necessarily inside drawers, etc.). Beware the doors will close and lock you out, as there is no way to keep it unlocked. We were moving in and got locked out of the property. Had to pay $50 for someone to let us in. Not happy to say the least. There are some items it would have been nice to have, like potholders, rectangle casserole dish, and towels for the pool/beach. They have beach chairs but they are really heavy. Another con is they have charcoal grills located on property (across the street) but they were filthy so had to nix our grilling plans. Although not perfect, we did enjoy our time at the property.

This unit although well used was a comfortable place for our son and his family. My grandson,age 4 thought there was magic in the spare room beds because he was able to fall asleep fast! Unit could use a paint job and a few minor touch ups.

My sister, her daughter & myself stayed at Lands Ends condos where the fantastic beach,landscaped gated grounds, & roomy quiet 2/2unit was very pleasant. About 4 yrs. ago myhusband & I had a nice time here and fell in love with Lands End. The wooden walkway isgreat exercise from the white sand shore all around by Blind Pass bay. Our view from 202,bldg. 9 was beautiful and sunsets colorful.The pool was crystal clear & relaxing. Wefelt safe & had fun. No complaints!

Everything was even better than we expected, the condo was outstanding, several of the other the guests we spoke with said they had been repeat business for years. We loved it .

The location as mentioned by many other reviewers is perfect, and the complex is clean, very quiet and everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. We were disappointed the hit tub was out of service for all but one day of the week, but the pool is gorgeous and fun to use. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I have vacationed with Resort Rentals for many years. This year was different, I felt as though I was lied to and deceived when I asked multiple times about the red tide. I got replies such as, "I don't smell it today'" or "I'm not sure I don't go to the beach," or "it could be gone tomorrow," its been in Treasure Island for weeks before. When we arrived at Lands End, we were greeted with a packed pool with no seating and people reserving chairs. Due to the red tide and the over crowded pool we left the complex every single day trying to find something for our family to do. In my opinion, it was a waste of time and money, I could have stayed somewhere different for alot less of made different arrangements. It felt as though Resort Rentals main concern was getting my family there just to take our money and less concerned with the health and safety of my family. I purchased travel insurance and would like to pursue getting my funds returned to me on the grounds of a public health hazard and not being able to utilize Lands End's amenities. I am disappointed with Resort Rentals lack of compassion for another persons health and safety. The security guard, stated that the beach was cleaned all the time, 24/7 which again was a lie, dead fish and a sickening smell 24/ 7. So much that my family experienced issues breathing, couch, runny eyes, irritated lungs and headaches, every day. Resort Rentals displayed horrible customer service and professionalism. Lastly, due to leaving Lands End daily we incurred higher costs and financial stress that was unnecessary if Resort Rentals cared more about people than money.

We stayed in Building 9 condos 404 and 202. Both were very nice, clean and well equipped. Our balconies had an ocean view and it was a very short walk to pool and beach. Pool is monitored and no noisy parties to deal with at night. Very child friendly! Just what we wanted.

The view from the balcony was beautiful, the pool was very inviting, and right next-door. The condo supplied a couple of beach towels and a few beach chairs, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and it was very close to many restaurants and other activities. It was a really nice size and not too crowded for the three of us. A few minor tweaks would be to update the refrigerator (The door has rust spots on it which is the first thing you see when you walk in), there was a bit of a musty odor when first walking in, and ia few touch up paint spots needed around doorhandles, etc. All in all it was a beautiful retreat and a very relaxing stay. We would highly recommend this condo.

Unit was very clean and tastefully decorated.
Note to owner (Please do not post in our review.) Patio would have been more appealing and useable if you had a small high bistro table to go with the high bistro chairs. Kitchen not equipped as well as other condos where we have stayed. At least one baking dish and a broiler pan are needed. We found the info about the area in the coffee table drawers that we were checking just before leaving. It would have been helpful if they were left out on the table. Also at least two beach towels would have been nice to have for use while there. (We purchased some.) Other than that, you have a super place!

The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. It matched the description and pictures provided very well. The property the condo is located in is very well maintained, great landscaping, and a very nice pool area. Very nice location on the beach since it is near the end of Sunset Beach.

PERFECT for our family vacation!
I can't say enough about how great our experience was at Land's End. The property is RIGHT next to the beach and our building was beside the pool. Getting to and from both with kids was so easy. The dedicated parking spot, easily-accessible trash and recycling, laundry IN our unit, etc. - everything was great. We were a little concerned that we would hear neighbors and/or feel like we were cramped in a condo instead of a house/cottage. but we never heard anything from other units and the way the building/balcony is set up, we felt like we were in a place all by ourselves. We have a 5yo and a 2yo and we had everything we needed.
