We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but the dinners were great. There is a games room with pool table, etc. The sauna and jacuzzi is nice after a long day skiing. Also free parking out front.

The location in Prolagnan La Vanoise offers access to so many hikes without needing to drive. The local village has a wide variety of shops/cafes/bike hire etc. The pool was warm and clean, restaurant was very accommodating for my wife’s lactose intolerance (top marks to the chef!) and the food was excellent on the half board option. All the staff were very friendly and the lady in charge spoke excellent English. 1 gondola and 1 cable car were operating in Sept 22 giving amazing access to the higher mountains.
Nothing really! We only booked the most basic room which was perfectly fine but the more expensive rooms have a nicer outlook and better balcony that I would perhaps pay extra for next time.

Beautifully decorated rooms, cosy atmosphere, comfortable bed. The restaurant was excellent, we had dinner there two evenings. The owners were friendly and helpful and let us leave our car in their carpark while we were hiking for a few days. Lovely views from the balcony.

A clean and cosy place to stay in the most beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and the room was ideal with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. We opted for a wonder into town for dinner, where there’s plenty of options available.
We only stayed for one night on our hiking trip through the Alps but I can imagine it’s equally as idyllic as a base for a ski trip. We woke early due to noise from some major construction work across the road but had an early start anyway as we set off to explore the Valnoise National Park.
