This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment looks great in the photos, but it isn't. It's distinctly tatty and has seen better days. Our check-in didn't go smoothly - we were kept waiting for 30 minutes for the host to turn up. In the apartment itself multiple lights were not working, there was no WiFi, no TV, no tea towels. And we were asked to leave a tip for the cleaner despite the €100 cleaning fee ! The neighbourhood itself is far from salubrious. Not recommended

Costanza met us, introduced us to the apartment's features and took us for a coffee to share details about the area and Rome in general. We loved the neighborhood where the flat was located. There were restaurants, shopping, a park, coffee bar, the train/subway terminal, and large fresh food market all within short walking distance. The apartment was roomy and comfortable and just as described. Wish we had been staying longer!

Easy access to metro and Termini Station.
Costanza very responsive to correspondence and letting us know cafe and grocer (open market was amazing!) locations as well as sights to see.
A couple of suggestions to be more user friendly would be more toilet paper, and making available paper towels and napkins.

Myself, my sister, and my adult daughter enjoyed the start of our Italy trip at this property! We enjoyed meeting with Constanza, who provided us with excellent information and steered us to the best meal we had in Rome! The beds were so comfy and the AC was a nice welcome from our tours during the hot days! We loved the apartment and the cute details. It was fun for us to get in extra steps with using the stairs and/or using the tiny lift if we were too tired. The super close cafe provided delicious cafe and cornettos and was our favorite start to the day. The location to the Termini was very nice as well as the metro station and both enabled us to navigate Rome easily. We highly recommend this fun apartment!!! Thank you so much Constanza for your recommendations and welcoming hospitality!

We stayed here for 4 nights before heading to another location, and it was perfect for us. We loved the kitchen area and all the rooms were very comfortable. It was great to have 2 bathrooms, though the shower in the bigger bedroom was much nicer. The elevator was broken during most of our stay so that was a bummer but out of the hosts control. We enjoyed our time here!

Great location, friendly host, adorable apartment, we loved our stay here!

Apartment is great, with excellent air conditioning, which was vital as it was 95° everyday and we're Americans, so, yeah. Neighborhood is a bit grimy but very diverse with some great author restaurants. Location for family turned out to not ne ideal because it's too far from tourist attractions, but that's our fault, not the host's, who is responsive, helpful, and yet non-intrusuve. Really beautiful apartment.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid getting his own room. It was conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of the train station (Roma Termini) with a park (with live music most nights), metro station, shops, and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and other popular sights.
Costanza was friendly, prompt, and helpful with tips for food and places to go but then left us to our own devices.
The apartment was clean and well-appointed with extremely quick and effective air conditioning... A necessity in the July heatwave we were there for!
The only negatives were outside of the apartment itself. We encountered a rat in the stairwell, broken glass in the hallways, and a lot of late-night and early-morning noise but these things are all out of the control of the renter so didn't affect the overall rating.
And that overall rating is excellent. I would stay here again and definitely recommend the place to someone looking for lots of space (3 couples could stay here comfortably) and a comfortable stay just on the edge of the downtown core.

Costanza is absolutely a gem to work with....I was ready to go grab an appertif with her! She takes a lot of pride in her apartment, as she should. It was very nice, super clean and felt very authentic Rome. She helped us organize a private driver from the airport upon our arrival, which was immensely helpful as we were in a fog from flying all night. She was also very helpful with restaurant suggestions and how to get around. This is within walking distance to the Roma Termini train station, which is super convenient. We were able to all walk with our rolling bags there in about 7 minutes.
The neighborhood in the evening is fine, but I wouldn't want to be a single female walking through there in the evening/night. Definitely a buddy system....as you should probably always be in Rome. :)
I can't say enough positive things about Costanza and what she provided for us.

Very close walk to the main train terminal and Red Line. We took several day trips out of town by train, making it very convenient to and from the apartment. Large apartment, cold AC, 2 baths, washer, very large bedrooms, bright.

Overall commodoties were satisfactory but could have done with a few more kitchen essentials to make the stay more comfortable
Range of condiments were not up to my expectations eg sugar ,oil etc
There was espresso coffee machine but no espresso cups
General information for guests was lacking

This property is a bit removed from some of the more touristy areas, but conveniently close to get there with public transit. The properly feels very spacious. The host is very friendly, and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Nice apartment in Rome. Short walk from Rome Termini, even with luggage. Comfortable for 5 adults. Was nice to have an elevator (small) to help with luggage as apartment was up a few flights. Constanza, property owner, was very friendly. She recommended nearby restaurant, Trattoria Vecchia Roma (reservation needed) which was excellent! She also helped arrange a car to pick us up for a very early trip to the airport.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It’s a huge 3 bedroom, two full bathrooms, with all the amenities of home. There were even some thoughtful additions like coffee and tea and condiments. A full stocked kitchen for cooking. (Though you are in Rome, so who wants to cook.) We walked every where from there. And it’s only a two minute walk to Roma Termini train station. Highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect for us (2 couples) while staying in Rome. The location was excellent ... just a few minutes walk from the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station, a wonderful Farmers Market just steps away, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, and the building had a lift, so bringing luggage up to the 4th floor was no problem!

This is a beautiful apartment located near the train station in Rome in an area that was not very pretty. If you don't mind walking, you are about 30 minutes from the Colosseum and a bit further to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The lift in the apartment was very helpful especially if traveling with luggage, and public transportation was very easy to navigate. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for the 6 of us.

This was the first time we had an extended stay in Rome so we picked this apt as it was close to the Roma Termini. While not in the center of the main attractions, we were 1 block from the subway which made it easy to get anywhere in the city. The apt was well equipped with a large kitchen-living area and 3 large bedrooms. An elevator made access easy. Our host gave us many suggestions and had local maps which helped with getting around. Restaurants were abundant within walking distance. Overall an enjoyable stay in a beautiful city.

As described, very convenient property to stay at. Incredibly spacious

We had a great stay in Rome for Christmas. We were 6 adult people and there was a lot of room. We made Christmas dinner so we used the kitchen. There is no microwave but we warmed up things on the stove. Both bathrooms were usable and in good shape. It was close to the train station and we walked to the ruins and all the other tourist locations. We enjoy walking but if you can't walk the accommodation is so close to all the tourist stops if you use a taxi or the public transit. It was a great place to stay.

Location was not in the middle of everything but was an easy 15 minute to the main attractions. Also a metro stop was only a 5 minute walk. Area was clean, felt safe, and the host made it TOTALLY worth it. She was kind and SUPER helpful. Literally marked spots on a map and gave names of local places to eat during check in that were by FAR our favorite spots during the whole trip. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We chose this apartment for the very last leg of our trip back home. It was a wonderful choice as it was spacious, and comfortable for my family of six. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful. In addition to helping us get a table at a restaurant, she helped line up a taxi for the next morning to take us to the airport. Thank you for making our stay wonderful, Costanza!

This was a very nice spacious place to stay with a family. Very nice host and extremely helpful in so many ways. Using her shuttle to and from the Airport was well worth it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this large and comfortable apartment. Constanza was very welcoming and gave us lots of good suggestions for places to visit and dine. The one potential drawback I would mention is that it is near Termini and one has to be mindful of one's surroundings while walking around the neighborhood, especially at night. This was not an issue for us but I could see how it might be for some people.

Costanza was a joy to work with, before during and after our stay in her apartment. She was responsive and flexible when our plans changed prior to arrival. She offered to book a reasonably priced, prompt and pleasant driver to transfer to/from the airport. Costanza met us at the property, helped us get oriented, recommended a market and favorite restaurant for lunch. She was very responsive while we were in Rome and was quick to respond once we had checked out, when I was afraid I'd left something behind. The apartment was just as advertised. It was clean and secure, spacious and well-stocked. Being so close to the metro was an added bonus. Our positive experience with Costanza and our compfortable stay in her apartment definitely initiated our lovely visit to Rome!

Very close to Termini
We needed a place close to the Termini train station since we had several trips out of Rome planned and this place fit the bill perfectly. A short 5-10 minute walk to the trains. It is further away from the most touristy areas of Rome but the taxi ride to Vatican city only cost 5 of us a total of 11 euro so not bad. We had some trouble with the drain in the shower and a light but other than that a perfectly fine stay.

Great host and beautiful apartment
We only stayed one night in the apartment on the way back from a tour of Italy. The apartment is beautiful with a very updated kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, and our kids enjoyed the AC given the heat in Rome at the time.
Constanza is a wonderful host. She greeted us at the apartment upon check in, and made sure that we were comfortable and had dining recommendations. I really recommend her property.

Great location near everything!
This apartment is a hidden jewel located in a quiet neighborhood near Termini Train Station. Located on the 4th floor (5th American) with a good size elevator, the 3 bedrooms are spacious and the 2 baths function well. Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay. We had easy access to restaurants and markets to get what we needed. The short walk to the train station made for quick trips using the metro or taxis.
The real key with is stay was Constanza. She was wonderful and made the trip that much better. She met us at the beginning and offered details and tips for the area that made getting around easier. When my wife fell and broke her arm, she helped us by being our translator on the phone and even brought my wife and I food and drink when we were waiting in the emergency room. She went above and beyond in helping us through that rough patch. All I can say is thank you so much.
We highly recommend this location and will look up her other locations in Rome when we come back.

A feel of Rome
Enjoyed our three day stay here with my adult family of five. We shy away from hotels and favor places that give the feel of city and this place has all the character of Rome. The restored painted walls and family paintings were a treat. Costanza greeted us at arrival and gave us all the instructions for a problem free visit. Her dining recommendations were outstanding. This was the perfect spot for a walking tour of all the Rome highlights. Except for the Vatican visit we didn't need to use public transportation. Beds are very comfortable and nights were quiet. Would we stay again? Yes!
