We loved the staff and the location. It was the perfect spot to access the island hopping day tours, and it is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping. It has the most beautiful rooftop breakfast spot. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked great! It was also super close to an awesome coffee shop which was essential for us!

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

The staff was great - very positive and always helpful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had a mountain view room with a balcony - the view of the mountains is quite nice. The breakfast as part of the accommodation was very nice to have and there are several types of breakfast to choose from. At times we adjusted our order on the breakfast card the night before and they always obliged. The view from the top floor is wonderful - and this is where breakfast is served - a great way to start the day!

We stayed during the low season and I understand things are much busier and perhaps chaotic during the high seasons. Noise was not an issue for the most part. We didn't hear any clubs blasting music from our room. There is a volleyball court nearby where announcers use a PA system to call the game. The volume is much to loud for those at the game itself (we watched part of a game) and thus you can hear the announcer's voice for blocks away. It is a headscratcher as to why the school/organization must broadcast at such a high volume.

Great location! The breakfast was served on the roof top of the hotel, the view was beautiful…The breakfast buffet was very tasty.

It would have made our stay better if the bar and food service were opened, on the roof top! So, we could enjoy the view! ( we arrived on a Friday)
