Es dreht sich alles um die Kulisse unserer wunderschönen, atemberaubenden Villa am Meer, die einen fantastischen Meerblick bietet und von offener Landschaft umgeben ist. Beeindruckende Ausblicke sind hier Standard. Wenn Sie sich jedoch verstecken möchten, ist diese Villa der perfekte Rückzugsort. Die Villa wurde entworfen, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Für den Anfang bietet der Balkon einen weiten Blick über das Meer und die umliegenden schroffen Berge. Und für den Rest der Welt ist alles auf Entspannung ausgelegt. Es ist in hellen mediterranen Farben gestrichen und verfügt über einen eigenen Pool, der an erster Stelle steht. Es gibt auch viele Liegestühle und Stühle zum Entspannen und viele Spielsachen für den Pool für ein bisschen Spaß! Jeder kann in einem großzügig angelegten Garten sitzen, der von einer Mauer um die Villa herum umgeben ist, um absolute Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. So können Sie sich sonnen und im Gartenbereich speisen, wo Sie auch in herrlicher Abgeschiedenheit grillen können. Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse im Obergeschoss für totale Entspannung, Bewunderung des Meerblicks oder Beobachtung des Sonnenuntergangs oder des Sternenhimmels am Abend.
Im Inneren der Villa ist genauso angenehm. Klare, weiß getünchte Wände halten alles frisch und hell, und kühle Marmorböden sind die Hauptstützen. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein offenes Design mit einem großen Wohn- und Esszimmer und ist mit modernen Möbeln ausgestattet, darunter bequeme Sofas und ein schicker Esstisch. Es gibt auch einen Sat-TV, einen DVD-Player und in der voll ausgestatteten Küche durchdachte Details wie einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Es gibt auch einen Esstisch für sechs Personen. Abgerundet wird alles durch drei helle und luftige Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und zwei Badezimmern, von denen eines en-suite ist.
Aber die Villa allein ist nicht das Besondere an diesem Ort - auch die Lage der Pluspunkte. Es gibt mehrere Sandstrände 10 Autominuten entfernt und Kiesstrände zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach etwas mehr als 5 Fahrminuten erreichen Sie Bars, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt.

My partner and I had an amazing 2 weeks at Farina's villa. The views from the roof terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean sea are beautiful. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need. We have stayed in many villas over the years, but we both agreed this is the best pool we've ever had. The people we met in the area were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone we met during our stay was polite and helpful.The whole booking process was straightforward and Farina went totally above and beyond to assist us. From arranging the car hire, to airport transfers and regular check ins to ensure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend the villa highly enough and we hope to return soon.Adam & Stacey xx

We found this listing by chance and so glad we did from the beginning of our booking Farina has been an amazing host nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself is situated in a lovely area, extremely peaceful and private, it has everything you need for your stay, the pool is big and the garden is well established with beautiful plants and trees for your privacy.Farina arranged all our transfers and car hire with Cyprus Pines, good price and a very smooth and punctual service.We loved staying here so much we asked to book again for 2026 but sadly our dates are unavailable .Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home hopefully see you againJulie & Ted

My husband and I have returned for a second visit as we loved the place so much the first time. I have reread my previous review and I'm finding it hard to say anything more glowing about the place! The villa remains a brilliantly well maintained property with everything you need and more to have a wonderful holiday. Farina, the owner, is so helpful and accommodating, and great at keeping in touch throughout, which is very reassuring. This part of North Cyprus is close enough to be a short drive from the main sights, while still able to be quiet and restful. The villa is not overlooked due to the extensive landscaping so you can truly relax here! You also have the benefit of a huge number of local bars and restaurants, offering all manner of cuisines, and we are yet to find one we have been disappointed in.I would recommend the villa to anyone, and we will definitely return!

In common with most modern villas in North Cyprus, it is part of a wider development, but this house is on the corner and therefore has a field on one side and a gorgeous uninterrupted view out over the sea to the front. The villas behind and to the side are relatively well screened with a line of trees and a significant change in levels respectively, so there is better privacy than one might normally get. It is blissfully quiet, along way from the main road, but with relatively quick access up to it.The villa itself has 3 bedrooms - a double and a twin on the ground floor, with a bathroom and a very large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and the great view to the front and a large roof terrace to the side. All the rooms are generously sized, so you get a lot of space. Outside a covered area wraps around the side and front, which provides a nice place to eat outside and would provide some much needed shade in the summer. The pool is pretty large (sorry - I did not measure it) with sufficient space around it to sunbath, albeit we were off exploring most of the time. If you want to be in the centre of the action, this Villa is not for you, but perfect for those wanting some peace and well located with much of the 'pan-handle', Farmagusta and Girne all within an hours drive (the end of the pan-handle is much further though if you want to go all the way down). Closer to home, the sea immediately to the front of the villa is not accessible, but some lovely smooth projecting rocks within walking distance (or a very short drive) to the east are fun place to swim and we saw a small stony beach to the west. There are also plenty of attractive coves and beaches to explore within a short drive in both directions. The owner Farina could not have been more helpful or straightforward.
