A parking space and easy walk to town and beach

This was a self catering apartment which had everything in terms of equipment & comfort. It is clean , airy , in a quiet location & the added bonus is that it is located ( even for a 77 year old with creaky knees !) only a short walk to the High Street , beach & bus stops. It is exceptional for Aldeburgh in that it has the parking facility for 2 cars in the driveway at the apartment. I would recommend this property & will certainly return.
There was NOTHING to dislike . I met the owner once briefly on arrival , I'm sure if there had been anything of concern she would have done her best to find a remedy.

the layout was excellent, very comfortable bed, great to have a dishwasher and top notch oven.
location was great, it was a lovely walk to the high st and beach.

Extremely comfortable, quiet and peaceful, 5 minutes walk from the high street and the beach. Couldn’t have wished for anything better

the location was great and the design of the space excellent, thd bec was super comfortable!
some of the furniture - partic the armchairs let the space down a bit and the art on the wall was pedestrian (but we would say that I guess).

The location is fabulous also with onsite parking which is a bonus at any seaside town. Very well equipped apartment,

The kitchen area wasn't well designed. Short people found it difficult to get plates down or use the microwave.

The location was excellent for accessing Aldeburgh on foot and on a quiet road.
The ONLY drawback was quite often late at night and early in the morning there was the noise of the owners moving about in the house above the apartment. But this didn't ruin our stay.

The location was fantastic! The town was lovely and restaurants very nice.
The annex was actually an integral part of the house. We were aware of owner presence morning and late at night, hearing people walking about in the room above until late. We also had the owners walking around the annex . It was not as private as we would like, especially with the garden area. The kitchen was not really equipped for proper cooking- which we like to do also.

Clean, well equipped, parking on site , tasteful decor, the bed was superb,,, was welcomed by the host, Will recommend to family and friends,,, and hopefully return at some point.

Location
Wet room stank due to sceptic tank, basically one room with an uncomfortable sofa & 2 chairs at one end, a bed at the other, a tiny kitchen & no garden were charged almost £500 for one night this is definitely not value for money. People upstairs naturally moved around but this was quite noisy. Actually working in a hospital, the sceptic tank should probably be reported & certainly not the level of deep clean that meant we couldn’t gain access five hours after the previous occupants will have left, if there were any previous occupants.

The apartment was very well appointed and easy walking distance into town . It would have been good if the heated towel rail in bathroom had worked as floor stayed wet for a long time .
