Aarti and Rakesh both are very active at front desk I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I must say that the entire experience was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I would especially like to appreciate Aarti and Rakesh from the reception team for their exceptional service and hospitality. Both of them were extremely polite, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. They made sure that all my queries were addressed patiently and that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their welcoming attitude and willingness to assist made a very positive impression. Aarti was very courteous and helpful, and she handled everything with a pleasant smile and great professionalism. Rakesh was equally supportive and approachable, always ready to assist whenever required. It is employees like Aarti and Rakesh who make guests feel valued and genuinely cared for. The hotel itself was excellent, with a pleasant ambience, comfortable rooms, good cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.
