Very cosy room, well equipped!

New or newly renovated rooms, nice design, very short drive to bryce canyon

* Water pressure was weirdly high in the bathroom sink but low in the shower itself. * The entire facility had a weird scent, like it could use a bit of fresh air. * No breakfast

Location was fine. Decorations were cute.

We picked this place because we read it had a restaurant there as well that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then we find out it isn’t open. So then we asked if they serve coffee in the morning, that was a no but that we could make our own in our room, except there was no coffee maker in our room. Small things, not a real big deal but just annoying.

A little pricey for a motel

There was no 'privacy' tag on the door handle for 'no maid service' so after I left for the day I tried to phone the front desk to request that. Nobody answered & I left a message to call me. Nobody did. I tried again several times during the day with the same result. When I got back, the room had been made up which I was very unhappy with as I had left all my personal belongings out around the room. The (seemingly only) employee had a feeble excuse as to why the phone wasn't answered or my call not returned.

The roof was leaking. It was fresh snow melting on the roof. Not comfortable seating on the toilet under umbrella.

Location was great and it was easy to find. Room was ready upon arrival and staff was attentive. The room had everything we needed for a quick one night stay.

Sheets, pillow cases and towels were dirty and stained. The facility did not have any ice maker working and it was not quiet at night.

The room was very small and poorly lit. There were no drawers, hangers, and room to put items off the floor. The cleanliness was below standard. The light fixture in the bathroom was not functioning. May have been a result of a leak from above. There was black mold around the fixture. The light fixture over the sink was dirty and had mold. There was very little room for the two of us to move around without bumping into each other. There was rarely anyone at the desk. On one occasion, I helped a guest. She needed to leave a note. She ended up climbing over the counter to get a pen and paper. At first I thought we were in the wrong place because the buildings looked abandoned. The only way to get someone to help was to call a number.

We had a pleasant room, a welcome distance from the tacky overdeveloped Bryce City and Tropic.

Isolated, no restaurants or shops within walking distance. Shower needs to be cleaned better.

It was very clean and quiet.

The room was a bit small.

Provided many towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap, big walk in closet, and enjoyed having a mini fridge. Very welcoming lobby as well.

Only coffee and tea available - but that was nice to have.

Less than 10 minutes drive to Bryce Park. Although I got there late, staff was super nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The minibar was a must since I had drinks for my hikes. Plenty parking and did I say very close to Bryce? Would definitely stay again!
