Poorly maintained.. ripped furniture, terrible smell, non functioning light bulbs , location,

close to our friends house that we were visiting

there wasn’t enough grass and a lot of dirt. There were needle syringes exposed on the ground. My dog had surgery and was scared of the steep stairs. wish there was a gate on the top of stairs.

The house is very comfortable, especially the kitchen has everything you need in a house

was close to the beach and down town Jensen. Had a full kitchen. amazing shower. smart tv with Hulu/Disney. outside hangout area

The beds were complete trash unfortunately. like sleeping on concrete. Need to invest in a new mattress. even one of Walmarts cheap in the box mattress would be way better. Thought I’d be able to park in the garage. didn’t know someone was living in the garage area part.

Clean, nice patio area and quiet location.

Needed attention to security and maintenance of locks. Were locked out due to old worn out main entry door knob that our key spun in. Had to wake tenant downstairs after midnight to go through his apartment to enter ours through an UNSECURED door! Both doors were fixed while there. No hangars were provided until second day. One bed has very squeaky springs. Smoke detector in laundry room chirped all night until we located it in morning. Half dozen slats on sliding door blinds missing. Electrical extension cord in bedroom across walkway. Can hear tenant below through a large common air conditioner vent on living room floor. Electrical plugs on kitchen island not working. No screen on sliding door to deck. I particularly disliked being told by Josie at midnight that the door was in working condition before I came as my daughter and I were locked out in the chill. The lock box is not at eye level and not easy to see and operate in the dim light unless you have instructions on opening a lock box. Otherwise, this place has a lot to offer for a reasonable price.

Apartment was clean and pet friendly. Basic household amenities were provided.

The hot water lasted about 2 minutes and then the shower was lukewarm. The location was not as close to the beach as we understood in the listing. The shower door leaked water a lot of water, causing the floor to be soaked when we showered. The laundry machines were in a shed instead of inside the building. While the washers worked fine, the dryers did not dry our clothes, even after an hour of running. The bed closer to the door was very squeeky and uncomfortable for sleeping.
