Everything we needed for our stay! Comfortable beds, comfortable chairs - even a couple of chairs for the balcony! The shower room was excellent - good shower pressure, hot water, plenty of towels and amenities provided

We liked everything!

Spacious size for the price we paid. The apartment is wider than most Japanese 1LDK apartments, and so there is extra storage space and room for 2 double beds. The beds are firm but comfortable. 1 bed can be secluded from the main living area, basically creating another bedroom. Both beds have wall outlets integrated. A USB adapter is still required however. Toilet and bathroom are separated, which is pleasant. Shower/bath area has a high ceiling, so I think even up to 195cm people can stand straight. Aircon works well. The light-coloured flooring adds to give it a spacious feeling, but is prone to visible scratching. We didn't mind some scuff marks. Location was great for us. Located in a quiet area, yet walking distance from the shotengai and Nakasu and 2 subway stations. We didn't cook or use the washing machine. But washing machine appeared brand new, and amenities are otherwise good, so presumably there would be no issue.

Beds do creak/make noise when changing position or being more 'active' with a partner.. One bed had no bedside lamp -- minor inconvenience to get out of bed to switch off the light.. No hooks in bathroom area to hang up towel/clothes etc. Occasional hair was found on the floor, like others mentioned, but this didn't bother us much. It was mostly quiet, but any commotion in the outside hallway can be heard well inside. We stayed here as a couple, so the layout was good for us. It is perhaps also suitable for small families. But I imagine staying here with 4 adults would be cramped.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to old shrines that always smells like delicious food. We had a 2-bedroom apartment that was clean and up to date with lots of amenities and big enough to easily open our 2 large suitcases.

The matresses were very firm, and more of a wire construct topped with a thin topper. If the topper was thicker so you wouldn‘t feel the wire when sleeping the room would‘ve been an easy 10/10.

Great location. Few mins walk to train station. 15 mins walk to Canal City. Friendly reception staff.
