Wonderful accomodations for us. Close to many restaurants and things to do. Vwry comfortable. Loved the book host left with all kinds of recommendations for restaurants, things to do, shopping ideas. We ate at 4 different restaurants, visited an antiqie mall, and found plaves to visit we would not have been aware of. Nice outdoor shower.

We have rented this little house for over 5 years because we love this spot for a month in Vero however this year we found that half of each of the 2 closets & dressers wouldn’t provide adequate space for our clothing as they were already crowded with excess linens, cleaning supplies, videos, etc…so we suggest it might be time for some “Spring cleaning”at Serenity by the Beach.

We love this little cottage and have booked again for next year. It is perfect for us to walk our pups in the neighborhood. The beach is only a block away. We often walked downtown as well.

The good stuff first...the location was great, two minute walk to beautiful South Beach, restaurants, and very close proximity to Ocean Drive area. Otherwise, the rest was not so good. When we arrived on Saturday, it looked to my wife and I that very little housekeeping had been done prior to our arrival, mostly in the bedroom. It looked like the bed had not been made...no bedspread, pillows piled up on a chair with no pillowcases on, most likely dirty sheets with what looked like pet hair on them, no real bath towels. We texted the property manager who was very apologetic and promised some action. Unfortunately, the action occurred too late. A bag of clean items (but no clean sheets) eventually arrived four days later after the majority of our stay had been completed. This was an unacceptable response. Hopefully, this was a one-time occurence and will be corrected for future tenants.
