The staff where amazing the rooms where roomie lots of space and Netflix was comfy was very quiet

Fantastic location. The bungalow was in a nice and quiet location with all items available for use. The size of the Bungalow was spacious with the facilities being good. Great entertainment items, i.e. TV's, xBox, etc. Great BBQ that is undercover - yep you can BBQ in the rain.

A few items need attention: Shower head in Ensuite kept falling down; mould in Ensuite shower was prevalent - just needs a brush down. The iron didn't work. Some of the utensils had been used and not washed from previous occupants.

generally place was nice, however I felt the unit we had was a bit run down, ex-president bungalow…. fly screen slashed in multiple places, spa bath not working food & wrapping in sofa’s old oil dripping from extraction fan onto food being cooked…. disgusting and stairs with no baby gates, our 4 year old took a good fall down the stairs

There was wet dirty towels in the dryer and laundrette in the bedside drawer. Also a tho g under the bed. House keeping needs to do a better job.

The accommodation size and comfort was great. Also the location was fantastic. Resort facilities were very good too.

Staff at front desk weren't very helpful/friendly. Also, we felt the 16:00 check-in and 12:00 check-out were too late. We would have preferred the standard 14:00 check-in and 10:00 check-out.

Fantastic location, short walk to beach with no roads to cross,and convenience shops next door. Unit had plenty of beds for our large family, and was well equiped with crockery, etc. The facilities..swimming pool and,squash courts were fantastic and kept our grandchildren busy for the duration of our stay.

Only one of the 3 television sets was working, and although the ownder said he would sort this out the next day, nothing was rectified. The

We didn't have an option to avail another double bed for another pair of couple.

the property was great, the price was great considering their where 2 adults and 5 children, the property has everything you need plus more, we all loved it.

there were a few little things that could have been done but didn’t affect our stay.

Location and the amenities of the resort the *privately owned* unit is in.

The room needed a lot of maintenance work and a good proper clean. The couch was ripped in multiple spots. Cobwebs and spiders in the shower which should have been cleaned? Mold on the wall in the main bedroom with a leaking air con. Black mold on the washing machine. Broken towel racks in both bathrooms. The lighter for the BBQ was taped together and no gas, these are $2 to replace. Dead bugs in all light fittings, plus alot more. Also great to have someone on the roof in the morning cleaning the windows and being able to see straight into the accomodation and being so loud and banging things and woke up our baby. No warning or notice.
