Villa Coco: Unforgettable sea view and absolute comfort!
Große Villa, umgeben von einer Holzterrasse mit Blick auf einen Infinity-Pool und Meerblick über 180 °. Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel in der Nähe der Strände und des Touristenzentrums, ruhig und ohne Mücken. Es ist eine ebenerdige Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern: - 1 Hauptzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Kingsize-Bett (2 mx 2 m) - 2 Schlafzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsdusche. Auf dem Flur befindet sich eine Gästetoilette. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke und großem Flachbildschirm (canalsat), eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete amerikanische Küche, einen Essbereich. Draußen ist die große Terrasse halb überdacht. Sie finden einen großen Tisch und einen kleineren, eine Sitzecke und zwei Liegestühle. Es blickt auf den Infinity-Pool und den unvergleichlichen Blick auf das Meer, das Dorf und den Hügel. Es ist ein Haus in der Innenstadt in der Nähe von allem, was aber den Eindruck erweckt, zurückgezogen zu sein. Sie werden die Ruhe genießen!

The minus
Clients need to be prepared to drive up a steep, twisty and narrow drive way.
Missing a microwave in the kitchen to simplify the cooking during the holidays.
You need a car or a good set of legs.
The plus
A part of that, beautiful spacious house, nice pool, breathtaking view, very discreet honors and guardian, lovely pets and away from the "hustle and bustle" of Las Terrenas.

You can not go wrong staying here. The house is as described. Gorgeous house and a breathtaking view! The beds were all super comfortable and there was an amazing breeze at night the cooled the house off perfectly. Every time we opened the blinds it was like seeing the view for the first time! The house was very clean and came with a maid service ( who lives near two with two adorable boys that played with our boys ) and it was amazing to come home from the beach and the house was spotless. She also washed our clothes for us one day. The grounds of the property were also spotless and beautiful flowers everywhere. The driveway is pretty much straight up and the view from the top is well worth it, once you drive it once it’s easy. The house is located two minutes from the main strip of town (where there are two large grocery stores where you find everything you need) and a couple minutes from the beach. Your can drive left or right up and down the coast to some amazing beaches and tons and tons of restaurants and beach bars. I can not say enough about the area and all the locals were so amazingly welcoming and helpful. The owner of this home is very accommodating and helped us download a food/ alcohol deleivery app. She sent us the description of where the house was located in Spanish thru the WhatsApp app and we were able to copy and paste this everyone who needed to find us at the house.
There is so much to do in the area, tons gorgeous beaches, restaurants lots of places on town to check out. Several local excursions companies , we downloaded a map and drove everywhere on our own and it was easy. You can not go wrong with this rental, you like is will 100% be back again
