Der Eingang ist vom Haupthaus getrennt. Haus ist eingezäunt und ein Toröffner wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Home ist 5-6 Minuten vom Balloon Fiesta Park und weniger als eine Minute von Albuquerque entfernt. Zu Fuß zu Geschäften ect. 2-3 Autominuten vom Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Nicole and Carlos are gracious hosts. The house and guest house are beautiful and in a perfect location for Balloon Fiesta. Just a straight shot down the road for fiesta parking, and a few blocks from great restaurants, yet tucked away in such a peaceful and tranquil subdivision. A real gem!

Fabulous tuck-away and close to everything
Great location! Would be great spot for those coming in for Balloon Fiesta or just time with kids and grandkids (like us).
Hosts were wonderful. Setting is quiet and relaxing. Perfect set up for a quick stay in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nicole and Carlos’s casita. They are the perfect hosts and even made our little dog feel welcome. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed our walk to the Rio Grande. Thank you Nicole and Carlos.

If you need to be in ABQ and want to be away of the big city life during down time, this is THE place to u wind and relax. You can walk to shopping, convenient hiking trails and the apartment is luxurious with the finest amenities. The owners are incredible people with warm hearts and will make sure you are comfortable and well taken care if during your stay.

Very nice experience. Highly recommend
Nicole and Carlos were wonderful. The guest house had more amenities than we even expected. They were quick to make sure we had everything needed. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood with restaurants close by. Shopping if needed as well. We will definitely try to stay again. Highly recommend.
