Great location to tour the vineyards all around the Finger Lakes. Watkins Glen very central to the area. Great food available all walking distance from the condo. Was not ready for all the stairs- we could handle it but some seniors may struggle. Bedrooms on bottom & 2 nd level- kitchen & living space on 3 rd level.

Great balcony view with bathrooms on all floors as well as ceiling fans. Since this is three floors be prepared for steps. The shower pressure was a bit weak.

This property is clean and spacious. The owners are very responsive to any needs. The view is amazing and you can walk to good food and drinks. This area has many attractions to amuse.

A perfect first time stay in Watkins Glen! A spacious, comfortable town home with all the amenities needed. Location was perfect for us—just quick walk to restaurants, bars and the state park for hiking. Plus you can’t beat the sunrise lake view! One note for families with younger kids: the bedrooms are both masters on different floors, the larger being on the second floor. We gave our kids the larger room, as we felt more comfortable with them not sleeping near the ground entrance.

This was our second time here and once again it was fantastic. Our hosts are the best. Very responsive to anything we needed or any questions on our stay. The property is meticulously maintained and beautiful. The units are very spacious and clean. No issues with anything. Will definitely be back.

This townhome is located steps from the lake and several bars/restaurants. In pristine condition, the home's views are fabulous, the community is very quiet, the beds are comfy, and everything appears new and in pristine condition. I'll stay here again.

This was our first trip to The Finger Lakes and it was wonderful. The checkin was very easy. The location of the property and the view is exactly as described....perfect! Yes, there are a lot of stairs in the unit but we just looked at it as helping us get our daily exercise! The recommendations from our hosts were so helpful. We visited some fabulous wineries on Seneca and Keuka. The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 was the only thing we all agreed needed improvement. After a long day of visiting wineries our favorite thing was to sit in living area, and talk and read and look at the water. There is plenty of room to spread out but while the sofas look very nice they are not comfortable to sit or lay on. Some overstuffed ones would make the unit perfect. There is everything else there you could need. We look forward to visiting again!!

This 3-story condo overlooks the southern pier area of Seneca Lake. There are train tracks just outside your balcony with an occasional day time train making delivery to plant across the way. The best surprise was? We saw all of the Clute Park fireworks from the balcony and did not have to be involved in a holiday crowd!! The spot is at north end of Franklin St which is the main drag in town. All of Franklin St. is walk-able from the unit down to the State Park. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for getting around Seneca with the benefit of being able to walk around Watkins Glen. The view was great and we enjoyed the firepit. Clean, plenty of natural light and spacious. We would definitely recommend as long as you can do stairs.

The property is as promised and was the perfect getaway for our family of four. We only stayed three nights, but we easily could have stayed much longer. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The owners were accessible and responsive (and lovely people). It felt like we were saying goodbye to our home when we left for the next leg of our vacation.

This is a very nice place. The townhouse is very clean and well appointed. The owners are very nice and attentive. The location was perfect for us as it is close to all of the hiking, waterfalls, wineries, cheese shops and more. We will be back! We loved it!

The townhouse was really clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Great views and a great home-base for walking around Watkins Glen and boat charters - as well as being within 15 - 30 minutes of several top breweries and wineries There are three flights of stairs (kitchen & living area on top floor) so I'd really recommend as an adult getaway and perhaps not young children. The two masters makes it pretty perfect for friends and couples. Thanks to Dan and Ann.

Everything was perfect. Location was perfect for walking everywhere and also enjoying the deck. We will definitely be back again. The beds were so comfortable which snt always the case with rentals. There is nothing that we would have changed about our stay. Yes, it is 3 stories so there are a lot of steps but we knew that before we booked. It wasn't an issue for us but it might be for people with mobility issues.

This property was perfect for us (2 couples) for a week’s stay. The unit was updated, clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. It looked exactly like the pictures, but felt even more spacious (wish I could take the walk-in closet home with me). The location can’t be beat…facing the harbor, steps to downtown, and a close drive to many wineries and breweries. We also enjoyed having a glass of wine by the fire pit most evenings. Ann and Dan were attentive hosts and provided a quick response to all questions and requests. Dan also gave us a lot of great suggestions on places to go. We loved this property and hope to return soon!

The townhouse was very clean and well stocked with everything we have come to expect in a VRBO rental. Dan and Ann were quick to respond to any questions we had and gave good suggestions for things to do in the area. The unit is centrally located so we could walk to restaurants and shops in Watkins Glen…only drove to trailheads, wineries and horseback riding. I would caution anyone with mobility issues (or just old knees)…there are a LOT of steps which could be an issue for some renters. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful view from the living room and bedrooms overlooking the lake! Loved being able to walk into town easily from here and it’s a great spot to stay to access the wine trails. Very accurate description and the towels/toiletries/kcups/makeup wipes were all super nice touches. We traveled with 16 month old twins and they are in the phase where they just get into EVERYTHING. The unit was not very babyproof, but nowhere really is at this stage for us, lol. Just beware if you are traveling with kids there are a lot of steps. We pushed the couch in front of the top of the steps on the main living area which worked alright. The built in blackout shades were nice! We had a few ants on the ground floor bedroom the morning we left, but the unit was very clean besides that and the beds very comfy. Would recommend!

Location is great and the property is exactly as pictured. Property owners respond within minutes of receiving your message. If you or your guests have mobility issues, pay close attention to the reviews regarding the many steps. If the steps tire you out, the super comfortable beds will give you a great night’s sleep.

The third floor living space of this rental was the perfect addition to our weekend in Watkins Glen. The views of the harbor are truly incredible. The home is well appointed, very clean, and in the perfect location. The bed rooms are large and each have their own bathroom. Our family experienced a personal emergency during our visit and the hosts were exceedingly gracious and supportive.

Loved our stay needless to say we got our “Steps”In…..,Having access to outside both downstairs and up stairs was great !

This house is immaculate and right in the heart of town. Great place for adults but I would not recommend for children as the stairs are many and each bedroom is on a different floor. As note for future guests, I would recommend pulling up to the kitchen door to unpack and re pack. We trucked everything up before we realized tha tright outside the kitchen door is a place to pull a car up.

The place was very clean, quiet and easy to get everywhere from here (Heart of wine country). Would definitely stay here again. If you are in a wheelchair, I would look elsewhere because there are many stairs.

The view directly on the lake is amazing. An easy walk to resturantes in downtown Watkins Glen, like Seneca Wine and Cheese. This property is very well kept providing all that you need with high ceilings, spacious rooms and an awesome top floor balcony perfect for relaxing with some wine. Close to the top wineries in the region, our Favorite was Wagner thanks to their awesome wine guide, John. Highly recommend this property, and the owners are very helpful if you need them for anything, you can tell how much they care about their property and their guest. Thanks for the great stay!!!

This place was better than expected. It was very clean two very big bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. Great walk, ability factor I would stay there again in a minute.

The unit was very clean. The linens were fresh and newer. Rugs and furniture were good quality and stylish. Directions for thermostat would be helpful. Great location, close to town.
