Stunning view. Cozy and clean. They made a lovely cozy bed up for my 11 year old.

Everything, the most stunning apartment. Loved the views. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, with a washing machine now that was home away from home. Loved the attention to details in this place.

You need a car to stay here. It is 3.5km from main town and beach. But I liked that.

Wow, this place was fantastic. Perfect location for the sites we wanted to see and close to many restaurants. Easy to find, exceptional response time to our questions. USB plugs at the bedside and blazing fast internet. Wonderful terrace and a drying rack for our clothes. A washing machine was also on site and perfect for us to do a quick load of clothes. Everything about this stay was perfect.

Had to plug the hair dryer into the wall by the porch and then didn’t have a mirror. I should have texted to find out how to get it to work in the bathroom. My issue - not theirs.

This was a last minute.com family booking. And, it was amazing! Our 2 boys, loved it. The huge bay windows allowed us to see a sunbird bobbing early in the morning. The place has everything that you need, as far as comfort goes. I will definitely be back!

My only recommendation would be to have some plastic cups and bowls for the small kids. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern apartment, absolutely in love with the view! It had all facilities we could have needed. The host was easy to reach via WhatsApp. Car parking right beside the house. Hout Bay is a beautiful district.

We have stayed here multiple times before and it has always been amazing. The staff do their best.

Air con was not heating in the room, although the manager did organise a portable gas heater for the room, but the ignition was problematic, even of the heater. Then we had no hot water for two days.

I love the view of the mountains and the bay. I loved the decor of the rooms- white and light blue. A lof of light comes into the room. It feels fresh. .

I didn't like that I couldn't smoke on the balcony of the premises. I may have not enjoyed carrying all of my big suitcases up steep stairs, but that is life. It was a bit cold in the evenings.

The location, the view and the openness suits me. I enjoy the keypad system. I find it effective and efficient. Both Richard and Clinton are prompt with email and whatsapp responses. Havana Suite is my favourite, however if ever unavailable, Baglan is a good second!

the location is quite isolated, far from shops compared to other properties. entire building is none smoking which I thought was overkill. it means you have to leave out the front door and smoke on the road, considering they have a massive balcony and this practice is highly unusual, should really be highlighted.

The views of Hout bay are stunning and the apartment is really well presented. It was really nice to see an invertor available for the frequent power cuts SA is endiring and the shower was amazing -also with an amazing view!

We were perturbed by the CCTV cameras on the balcony and however innocent they claimed them to be on the telephone, it made us feel uncomfortable and spoilt our stay somewhat because there seemed to be a lack of trust between the owner and the paying guest. I am a believer that if you rent a space (including the balcony) you should have the upmost privacy and this should be respected. I own a CCTV company (Power on Television ltd) and I know exactly what cameras can do and where they should be located for insurance purposes and this doesn't quite fit their explaination and allows remote viewing from an app to probably see if anyone is smoking outside! The constant reminders posted around for NO SMOKING - YOU MAY BE FINED did cheapen the experience and left us quite happy to leave this place behind. It's a shame because it's a beuatiful place, but some people shouldn't be in hospitality if they don't like people! By the way, I don't smoke.
