My Wife and I came into town for a wedding and decided to make it a long weekend. We are so glad that we decided to stay here instead of a hotel. The location is fantastic, everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The pier is 2 blocks away in one direction and the Gaslight District with shopping and dining is 2 blocks in another direction. The space is perfect for 2 people with everything you need. I will also add that this is probably the cleanest place that we have ever stayed and I really didn't think that was possible. We are already talking about coming back next year.

We had a wonderful time in Petosky and our little place was perfect! You truly are just a block from the lake and 2 blocks from downtown. We could walk to everything. Our place was very neat and clean!

The property was well located a few blocks (or less) away from the marina/beach area, the bike trail and downtown. It was clean, charming and honestly bigger than expected. Perfect for 2 adults that don't mind a flight of stairs. My wife and I truly enjoyed it. Nancy was super-responsive. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to bring any spices other than salt and pepper.

Our stay was great! The place was very clean and a perfect location with being walking distance to the lake and downtown! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved everything about this property but the layout with the main bath down stairs. We made so many trips up and down that spiral staircase. We were attending formal events for two days and found it very difficult to get organized. The layout made efficiency very difficult. Our ages were also a factor.

My husband and I were charmed by this property as soon as we turned the corner. It's very welcoming, with an actual "welcome" sign posted by the front entrance. The unit had everything we could need, was spotlessly clean, and there were several thoughtful touches throughout. The yard is very private--so much so that we were able to have our morning coffee in our pajamas on the porch. You feel like you're in the country, but you're not. The marina and the downtown Petoskey area are a very short walk away. We walked to town for breakfast, dinner and shopping. Just one note of caution: I would not recommend the property to anyone with mobility issues. The stairs going to the upstairs bedroom curve around in a sort of tight half circle. It was fine for us--and we liked the feeling that we were in a treehouse--but someone who is elderly or disabled might have trouble navigating them.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed our stay in the back unit of this beautiful home a block from Lake Michigan and close to downtown Petoskey. Lots of nice extras were provided such as coffee pods and bottled water in the kitchen on the first level, and a cute little gift of a key ring with Petoskey stone charm! The stairs up to the main living area and bedroom are somewhat steep and may be difficult for some people to climb up and down but worked well for us. We were happy to see a second bathroom upstairs. The place was immaculately clean and backyard super private with a nice little sitting area. We’d love to stay again when in the area!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! We arrived late at night and didn’t get to truly appreciate how beautiful the yard leading to the entrance was! If it had been warmer we would have loved to sit outside on the porch! The large kitchen was a great place to make breakfast before we headed out for the day. The place was very clean and cozy! Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our first wedding anniversary!

Our Vrbo property was very clean and tidy and located in a perfect place to walk pretty much everywhere. All was exactly as advertised. Working with the owner/manager was easy. We will be back to this location. Thank you.

Great stay!

You couldn't ask for a better location. Just a block from the water, steps to Bayfront park, and a short walk into town to explore shops and restaurants. The apartment is in a beautiful Victorian home. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with a glass of wine. Spacious kitchen with everything you could need during your stay. Cozy living room upstairs complete with an electric fireplace. Comfortable bed. Host was easy to get ahold of and her and her husband were very kind. Would stay again!

In town for wedding at Inn at Bay Harbor. Only 5 minutes away. Location in center of Petoskey is perfect. You can walk to all sorts of great places. The Pier. The downtown are both very close. Clean cute spacious and comfortable

The house was clean and well decorated. The location was perfect for walking to food, the water, sunset, and shops. Highly recommend this location.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and had a great time. It is just a few minute walk to the middle of downtown, and one block from the waterfront.

We loved our stay at this location and hope to return again in the future. The property was clean and perfectly located close to parks, the bike path, and downtown Petoskey. Nancy was excellent to work with. We had a change in plans after booking, and Nancy was willing to work with us to reschedule. One thing to consider, the spiral staircase to the bedroom upstairs could be difficult to navigate for some with restricted mobility.

We have stayed a handful of times in Nancy’s property and have never been disappointed. Nancy is very easy to communicate with. Her property is clean, comfortable and well appointed. As well as within walking distance to the Gaslight district for dining & shopping, and only one block from the bay/pier/parks. We look forward to stay for years to come. Thank you Nancy

The house is in a perfect location if you want to spend time by the water or be in walking distance of downtown. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Petosky. Highlight of the trip!

Nancy's apartment was perfect for our needs. The location couldn't be better. We easily walked to all downtown restaurants and shops. The Bear River recreation area is steps away and ready for exploration. The space is small but perfect for two people who plan to be on the go. My husband and I are in our early sixties and we had no problems with the stairs. Yes, they're steep, but again we weren't spending our time inside. The place is very clean and well equipped. The bed was quite soft which isn't a personal preference, but we won't hesitate to rent here again in the future.
