Unit is one of 8 condos - 4 up, 4 down. Property is clean, quiet, and has a perfect location close to the beach: Building > pool > beach > ocean! The few neighbors we saw were friendly and mostly quiet. Pool was clean and warm. The unit itself is very adequate. Linens and toiletries were suitable. Kitchen is well-stocked with equipment but not much else. You'll need to bring spices, coffee, butter, etc. A/C worked perfectly and the washer/dryer were a huge help. The lanai is a very nice feature, but you do get wind on the North Side, so keep an eye on the louvers. The beach is very isolated, so very quiet. If you've been to 7 Mile Beach - this ain't it. Rather, a brief beach that has some debris, and a rocky/seagrass water entry. Great snorkeling though. People stay on the North Side wanting this, so just be aware of the features. Rum Point restaurants are very close, and East End Tukka was only 25 min away. You will need a car almost certainly. Nicole could not have been more helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back. This spot is not for your average Carib tourist, but it's perfect if you know what you want.

The condo was very clean and well-equipped with everything we'd need. We found the location to be perfgect - right on the beach on the quiet North Side, yet close to Rum Point and fun, local restaurants. Nicole was very helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful. Pool and beach is cleaned every day. Lots of pool floated and quality snorkeling equipment available to use. There are two coolers in the condo available to use. Fishing on the beach in front of the condo is very good. I caught yellowtail snapper, grunts, bonefish and mutton snapper on a fly. My neighbors caught barracuda, parrotfish and red snapper using Cayman hand line and sprats. No need to venture out far. The fish are cruising 20ft off the beach. The condo has everything required for a wonderful stay.

The Harvey Nicole is out great if you need a relaxing place to vacation. Very close to Rum Point, StarFish Point and Within 15-20 minutes of a lot of good places to eat. The pool/patio area was awesome, with terrific ocean view and beach area. I would not recommend swimming off this beach but snorkeling or fishing would be good.

This is a wonderful location if you want some peace and quiet. Right on the Ocean, cool breeze and wonderful views. The condo had all we could ask for. A full kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch every day. A large screened in porch with a door right out to the clean and relaxing pool. We thank the owners for providing us with a great place for our girls’ trip. We hope to be able to return

We stayed i North Side condo over 2019 Thanksgiving holidays with two children 4 and 11 yo. Nice quite location, very close to Rum point. Has it's own beach as well. Clean and well furnished, with basic supplies in place such as salt, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, etc. Excellent communication with the owner, easy check in check out. This is our second time in this location, would stay again!

Far removed from the touristy side of the island, but with plenty of access to waterfront restaurants. The unit is lovely. Just perfect. The building is small so you often have the pool to yourself. Something to keep in mind is that along the north coast there is natural seagrass growing in the ocean near the beach (I'm not talking about the dead stuff that floats on top of the water and randomly impacts various Caribbean beaches). The coral reef is still very alive just off the beach, It's very ecologically interesting, but bring water shoes. If you want a shallow, sandy, protected bit of ocean head down to Rum Point (about two miles away). It's free and there is plenty of shade. There was hardly anyone there in mid-May. It's also a great place to rent snorkel gear.

We had a wonderful stay at Harvey & Nicole’s! The unit was very clean and stocked with all the necessities! Plenty of towels and a washer and dryer! Definitely pack lightly! The 2 bedrooms with attached baths were separated by the living room! Plenty of privacy! The pool and the ocean were just out the back door! There is a lovely screened Lanai that can be entered off either bedroom and living room! We practically lived out there! We were there 10 days and it wasn’t enough! We love to do nothing on our vacations and this was the perfect place for relaxation! Things to do were easy to access and we did access them when we wanted! If you want to avoid crowds, have peace and relaxation, but be able to do things as you want, this is the place for you! We rented a car and had an assortment of activities at our fingertips with a little drive! Rum point was maybe 2 miles and busy 7 miles beach was just a 45 min to an hour drive! We ate in about half the time and went out whenever we wanted! Some condiments left in fridge and spices in cupboards to assist in cooking! BBQ grill on property easy to access and use! Really couldn’t ask for more! We will definitely return!

Nicole Harvey is an amazing condo located in a very quiet and peaceful section of the island. The condo had spacious bedrooms and a front view to the pool and ocean.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Grand Cayman and we enjoyed the Harvey Nicole very much. It's on the Northside very near Rum Point and away from the busy tourist zones of Georgetown and 7 mile beach. The Harvey Nicole was everything we were looking for and was steps away from the ocean. My wife and I dove while we were there and used Oceans First Divers on the East End which was about 15 to 20 from the condo and was very easy to get to. We are looking forward to our next visit and we would definately consider staying at the Harvey Nicole again.

It’s unfortunate the sargassum seaweed problem detracts from the beach experience, mainly making beach walks unenjoyable, and reducing the enjoyment of swimming, not to mention the views. The location is nice, very close to rum point and if you go west to public beach (the one with the parking lot and washrooms) you will find excellent snorkelling (swim out towards the waves breaking). The property is on good shape overall. The interiors of these units are dated but you get what you pay for!

Love North Pointe! We have stayed here 4 times and will come back again!

This beautiful property is tucked away on the north side of Grand Cayman, very close to Rum Point. It is private and tranquil with a pool shared between only a few condos and the beach right on the doorstep. Highly recommended for a quiet, private getaway for couples, families who do not want constant 'entertainment' created for them, or just friends catching up (which my visit was). Near enough to drive to a number of restaurants - Rum Point, Kaibo and Over the Edge are all very close and all excellent. It's also near the Botanic Gardens and Crystal Caves, and the East End, South Sound, Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach are all accessible in maximum an hour. The apartment is very well stocked with kitchen & laundry equipment, two large bedrooms with bathrooms, endless beach towels and a lovely Linai to sit in without being bothered by evening insects. It offers a wonderful, tranquil holiday in this beautiful place.

Our family of 5 had a great time staying here. Excellent location away from the Sevan mile hype, close to lots of activities and good resteraunts (Tukka!), and the kids loved chilling by the pool after a busy day. Would highly recommend staying here, and would stay again.

I booked this property for my cousin family of 4. even though they only sleep here during the night and hung out with us at our place during the day. the place is quite and close to rum point. It has a decent size pool. the only thing is that grand caymand northside and east end has been having problem with seaweed in the past 6 months or so. Otherwise it is a great to stay. It is away from everything and only 35 minutes to georgetown or 7 miles beach.

My husband and I and our three sons - ages 16, 13 and 10 - very much enjoyed our stay at the Harvey Nicole. The condo was clean, quite and nice! It really is the best unit as you can walk out the back to the pool. We ate many meals at the condo, using the shared grill. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking too. We drove all over the island and preferred the beaches on Seven Mile Beach and George Town areas (favorites - Smith Beach, Governor's Beach, Cemetery Beach, West Bay Beach). Many of the beaches on the North side and East End are suffering from the seaweed problem this summer. Even so, the North side is a beautiful place. There is a white sandy beach at the condo where you can sit and enjoy the view and find hermit crabs, but we couldn't snorkel here due to the seaweed. We even rescued a baby sea turtle in the parking lot! The condo is close to Queen Elizabeth Botanical Park, which I recommend. We saw many blue iguanas there. The condo is also very close to Rum Point. We found this beach to be busier and not as beautiful. We did enjoy Starfish Point, which is also very close to the condo. Beautiful accommodations! Nicely furnished with quality items throughout the condo. First trip to Grand Cayman and 10 days was not enough. The pool, beach, snorkeling right out the door was amazing. Can’t wait until next time.

The Harv Nicole condo at the North Point is a wonderful place to call home while visiting Grand Cayman. The condo is roomy and well set up for your stay. The pool located just feet away is a great place to relax before retiring for the evening. You can snorkel 30 yards from the condo and see the reef and interesting fish. The area is quiet and laid back. Only a short drive to Rum Point and Kaibo

My family and I just returned from an AMAZING vacation in Grand Cayman at the Harvey Nicole! We enjoyed the location of this condo being right in front of the pool made it very easy to watch the kids from the shaded lanai and run to the kitchen for snacks and drinks! My husband enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach of the condo and saw amazing fish right off the reef! I enjoyed sitting on the beach chairs with my tea and watching the sun come up! My girls never left the pool and enjoyed Figaro the cat more than anything else! The condo was perfect for our family (my in-laws, my husband and our two girls age 8 and 6). The size of the complex was perfect and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves...our own little paradise! We had a couple minor issues (broken dishwasher, chairs at the dinner table breaking) but the property manager came and addressed them quickly). The ocean out front was not suitable for swimming due to the sea grass, but it was a quick ride to rum point and we enjoyed the shallow water, snorkeling, and having yummy mudslides. We also made a couple trips over to the West Bay and to 7 Mile Beach and Georgetown which ranged from 1 1/4 hours to 45 minutes away. If you are looking for a restful, quiet vacation spot in paradise look no further than the Harvey Nicole!
