We had a wonderful time in Sonoma. This home worked out well for four ladies celebrating our 60th birthdays. The home was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool as it was too cold. The square is walking distance from the house.The instruction on using the oven could be more clear. Ended up not using it. Do be careful using the pretty World Market mugs. You just assumed you could put into microwave. One of the ladies burned her fingers. I would replace those mugs with microwaveable mugs.On property management .... so many reqts and prebooking questions on why we would want to rent, what are we going to do, etc. Excessive in my opinion. Also, I came into Santa Rosa airport early so I contacted the Property management to see if I could place my bag near the house so that I didn't have to lug it around since I didn't have a rental car. It would have been for no more than an hour or so. 1) the agent got back to me too late 2) the house is set so far back from the street in private area, there should not have been a problem placing my bag for an hour. Clearly the agent didn't know where or house was located. Oh well!You will enjoy the home. It's definitely big enough for 8 people - 2 per room. 2 bedrooms downstairs has it's own bathroom so convenient. 2 bedrooms upstairs has to share a bathroom.

Had a great stay at this property! The home was very clean and well equipped. The location was AMAZING, we had so much fun walking into downtown Sonoma each day but still feeling private and tucked away. Communication was quick with the management company. One thing I asked about was if there was a portable crib there, they weren't sure the answer to that - there WAS. So if you're looking to book with a baby, you'll be good to go.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip of 8! The house is conveniently tucked back off of Broadway and is a straight 7 minute walk to the square. It was quiet, clean and we felt safe at all times. We loved that all bedrooms had king beds and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a nice way to come home and cool off. The property manager was responsive and helpful! Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

The location of the house was the best party. There were lots of little things that needed work. The pool pump went out which is unfortunate and they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. For the cost I was just not that impressed with the house.

We loved the property. Everything was clean and orderly, all linens lovely, kitchen equipped well. Very convenient and beautiful location.
Only two suggestions:
1) Could you replace the coffee maker with a pod style coffee maker? Or add one. Pods are so much cleaner, and easier, and less noisy for other guests. I know they aren't totally green, but have other advantages.
2) Could you put the microwave on the counter above where it is, or on a shelf, replacing one of the other decorative shelves. It's hard to see and use for older people.
Other than that, pure perfection. Thank you.

Overall, very good location if you are wanting to walk around. Also really fun with deer coming right up to your door. That was a sweet surprise for us.We were pretty disappointed with the “cheapness” of the property. It’s been remodeled, but many of the last steps were missing and just unfinished. A long with that, all of the soaps (hand, shampoo, dish, etc) had been watered down. Not what you expect when you pay this amount to stay at a place.

Overall, the experience was good. The house was so cute and the location was great. However, the indoor noise monitor was excessive. I received 4-5 emails in a row notifying us that we exceeded the noise level. This was at 3:30pm and there were 2 people there at the time. I believe a hair dryer too close to the noise monitor triggered the notification. I understand you need to maintain good relationships with surrounding neighbors and help to limit parties but we also spent a decent amount of money to stay there and enjoy our weekend without feeling like we're being constantly monitored. Especially in the middle of the afternoon! Other than that, the house was very well stocked and the pool area was amazing.

The bedroom layout suits spreading out very well, and with four king-sized beds, everyone was comfortable. We prepared a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner for 8 in the large, well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed our feast around the family-sized dining table. Last, once our cars were parked, we did not need them again to visit the square and surrounds—the house is located very near the square but tucked away in a quiet spot. I would buy this house if I could!

The house was exactly as advertised - it was perfect for our 6-day stay in Sonoma Valley. The kitchen and dining table were great for making dinner at home. We enjoyed the backyard pool area and the couch/iiving room area was super cozy. Each bed room and all three bathrooms were comfortable and well designed. We loved that the house was tucked away from the street - there was even a family of deer in the side yard every day.
