Seguridad, Internet excelente, tv, conectores de USB para dispositivos electrónicos, servicio de lavandería, silencioso, muy limpio, y también abajo del hostal hay un establecimiento de comidas muy conveniente.

No hay iluminación natural, solo hay una ventana que da al pasillo entonces por privacidad de mantiene cerrada. No hay ventilación.

Su atención, el personal muy amable.

Falto ventilador o aire.

I liked the supplemental secure parking.

The property was very difficult for me to find because I used a 'pin' instead of writing down the address. My fault for assuming too much.

L’emplacement non loin des terminal de bus, la cuisine grande et fonctionnel. Le personnel était très gentil.

Les salle de bain, literie n’était pas très propre.

The owner was relatively friendly up until the point I told her that I wouldn’t be able to stay the night as my bus was leaving earlier than expected and I got a comment along the lines of “your fault”

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, moved as soon as I sat down and made weird noises. The bathrooms didn’t look really clean. The rooms had an AC that you couldn’t shut off what was really annoying, because it was very loud

Rooms are clean, with an access to shared bathrooms and kitchen. There is also an access to a small balcony beside the kitchen, that is perfect to relax in the evening.

Rather new appearance. Being within walking distance of main shopping streets. And mainly the price.

Considering the price, there is nothing to dislike.

there is no charge place in the rooms. that makes life so difficult. front desk is helpful but also get the fancy calculation while I was try to pay by Chilean peso. they cannot leave the charge on credit card.

Nice hostel with nice seating area on the balcony. We had the en suite double room and it was nice.

Calama isn't a city I would go to again, it feels unfriendly and the taxi drivers warn you not to go out at night. Sundays are the worst since most shops are closed.

I arrived late in the afteroon and left early in the morning, so I was mostly ehre just to sleep and didn't use the common facilities.

We have to ring every we want to enter, so at night (or very early in the morning I don't know), it woke me up every time...

The shared kitchen is well equipped, it includes an oven and provides drinking water. The place is kept very clean. The balcony outside the kitchen is very nice to sit out on. The showers are hot and the bathrooms are large. The junior member of staff does smile and they have the cutest cat.

The property is best described as a first floor premise with rows of rooms, The rooms are better described as cubicles with absolutely no sound proofing. Audibly it is the equivalent to an extremely large dormitory. The room was not 13m squared as advertised, it is 3m x 2.5m = 7.5m squared. Maybe ok for 1 person, but not 2 with bags. There is only 1 window into an internal corridor and the light pollution through the thin curtain makes sleeping impossible. We took to hanging our towels over the curtain to block out some of the light. We were situated in a room near the reception and kitchen. If anyone moved in the entire premise, everyone heard it. Including snoring from 3 rooms away. The receptionist had the TV on really loud until nearly midnight. We had an early morning bus to catch and we were unable to sleep till gone 1:30am. The receptionist looks angry all the time and any interaction is met with complete disdain. I have never witnessed such poor customer service. Reading the reviews, this is common. In conclusion, it's the worst place we have ever stayed in! Ignore these comments at your own peril.
