This was my 1st trip to Montreal and the location and spaciousness of this apartment added to added to how wonderful the trip was. The rear balcony has a pergola which was beautiful. It snowed while we were there and my 7 year old daughter made her 1st snowman on the back porch! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here during the month of September and the place itself was great, as was the location. There are amazing cafes, restaurants, the metro and a bixi station (bike sharing system) just steps away. I've stayed in Montreal before, downtown, and really enjoyed this location much more. Everything is at your doorstep, however the neighborhood still has a peaceful and relaxing feel. There are so many amazing places, some just literally at the corner. We were able to walk or bike to Mont Royal, downtown and everywhere in between. Alain was also great, very responsive to any questions and emails and was very helpful during our stay. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and we felt right at home. We especially enjoyed the sunny outside terrace and had many meals outside. There were grapes growing on the terrace that we got to enjoy, and Alain even brought us additional grapes to try. The beds were comfortable and the extra desk space in one of the bedrooms was quite helpful as well. Without any hesitation, I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Montreal. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fabulous time at Chez Patrac! The apartment is comfortable and feels like a cottage in the city with the beautiful wood details. The highlight for us was the gorgeous, large terrace. We had a BBQ and enjoyed many of our meals surrounded by the beautiful plants, bees & birds. I visited with my partner and my parents and it was great for the 4 of us. There was a heat wave when we stayed and the a/c worked great (we were very thankful for it). Alain is an excellent communicator and was there for anything we needed. The bakery at the corner is another big bonus and everything else you could possibly need is close by. I highly recommend the apartment and will definitely stay there again when back in Montreal. Lovely time

We greatly enjoyed our week long stay at Alain's place (chez Patrac) and would happily stay there again in the future.

The apartment was immaculate, light and bright and had everything we needed for a 2 week quarantine stay. Alain was very quick to respond when we had questions. The back terrace was a beautiful place full of plants and grape vines. What a treat to have fresh grapes everyday! All in all, a great stay in a great location. Would stay again for sure!
