We had a large family reunion with ten adults and ten children ranging in age from five to eighteen. The home was large enough to easily accommodate all. The game room in the basement was appreciated by all, but especially the kids. The host was fantastic and did all that she could to make our stay a vacation that we will always remember. If we could give a higher rating than 5 stars we would! We had the most amazing vacation at Katie & Tony's house for a week. There were 15 adults, four four year olds and two infants. Everybody had a wonderful time. The house is spacious enough that people could spread out if they wanted to but the kitchen, dining area, bonus room was big enough that we could all be together and not be crowded for meals. The house is so comfy/cozy - nice furniture, all of it very comfortable, The nine bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms met all of our needs. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. The gameroom in the basement kept everyone busy! We had tournaments of pingpong, pool, air hockey, cribbage - lots of fun and it gave us all a chance to hang out and spend time together. We didn't have the best weather but we made the most of every minute! There are lots of nearby activities - Storyland was so fun, the North Conway Railroad was fun, Diana's Baths, and then parks and Downtown North Conway all kept us busy. The yard at the house was great. There was a large deck, a large flat lawn for the kids to run around on and play games and a nice firepit. There was parking for nine vehicles which is what we needed. We had an absolutely great stay and we are hoping to rent again (just need to find a date among the families). Thank you, Katie and Tony!

A beautiful house that easily accommodates many guests with its multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and places to hang out. The great room was wonderful for entertaining and dining. The game room allowed us to have so much fun and many memories were made full of laughter! A bit closer to a busy road and commercial garage than the pictures portray if you are looking for privacy. Easy access to many quaint stores, restaurants, and scenic views.

We booked this property for our annual ski-cation and had a BLAST. Katie was a terrific host, we will definitely be staying here again!

The entire group (12 adults and 3 toddlers), had an awesome time at the house! Plenty of room to spread out and a great kitchen living room area to hang out.

This place is awesome! There were 14 of us and you'd never know it. The house is gi-normous. Plenty of space to spread out. Game room was a blast (air hockey especially)! We are already in talks to rent it again. A special gift from Katie and Tony for my 50th birthday was so thoughtful. Thank you again.

My husband and I hosted our children and grandchildren in North Conway for a long weekend get together. The house is enormous and had plenty of room for all 19 of us to spread out. The grandchildren loved the game room and the adults loved the spacious kitchen/dining room/ and sitting areas where they enjoyed card games, preparing meals and just catching up. The house is immaculate and has everything needed for a large family. We will definitely return!!

I cannot say enough about this home. It was everything and more than what my family needed. Katie has stocked and provided this home with more than you could imagine. Nothing was missing! And the condition of the home and all of the property was immaculate when we arrived! We’ve never stayed at a better VRBO!

We stayed four nights for a local wedding. Our group included 6 couples plus 5 kids. The bedrooms had a perfect combination of differently-sized beds for a large group. The basement “game room” was awesome. We loved the large kitchen and great room for the whole group to gather. We used the outdoor fire pit for s’mores. The communication with the host was great. Unequivocal 5-star rating. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV in the kitchen/dining area for something bigger, but it (and the other two on the main level) are good enough.

The property was conveniently located near swimming, shopping and hiking. With so many bedrooms and a smart layout, all of our families were very comfortable. The dining area is huge and great for large gatherings. The backyard had a charming fire pit and great outdoor dining on the large deck and two picnic tables. The basement was fun during downtime in the day for the kids and fun for the adults after the kids went to bed. The sauna was a nice perk as well. The owner was communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone. Cheers!

Every year we have a work retreat where there are approx. 15 adults joining to do something fun for a short getaway. We were all very pleased with this house - not only the amount of space, but also the location and the outdoor yard area. We especially enjoyed having the game room as it did rain one night, and we were all able to still be physically active by playing pool, ping pong, air hockey and Boss Toss! We already want to book for next year!! Host was extremely responsive to everything before and during our trip. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this VRBO!! 5 stars!!!

We had lots of room for all our friends to gather. Far enough from North Conway to be scenic but close enough for dinners and groceries. Katie was great with communication and we'd love to stay here again.

We had several people that are into gaming be it video, board, or arcade games and they were all super impressed with this game room. We also had 2 chefs with us and a family full of cooks who were amazed by the beautiful kitchen and all the cooking supplies available to them. We all loved our stay and will be going back for another visit!!!!

This is our third time renting with Katie & Tony and second in this house. It is perfect for our group of ages 7-70. The game room is fabulous! We had poker tournaments and intense air hockey challenges! The house has everything you can need. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of bathrooms for a group of 15 people. Can't say enough about the house and the owners. Such an amazing time with our whole family!
