Kids friendly, one pool with slide (for kids only), one part of the adults pool is kids friendly (60cm depth).
Little playground, nice for our 2-year-old boy.
Food buffet is big (and good), but some changes would be nice, not everyday the same food.

The place was very big and clean, with enough entertainment for adults and kids. The people are very friendly, the place was very clean and the cost-benefit was amazing!
The hotel is 15 min from the beach and the Wi-Fi is not the best

The hotel itself is really beautiful and spacious, equipped with everything you need for your holiday. They cleaned our rooms regularly and throughly, which were just as the pictures on booking. The staff is really nice, they helped arrange trips around the island and answered to all our questions. The food is phenomenal, there are repetitive items on the menu but every day new ones also, everything is fresh and delicious. The pool areas are cool, there is a little bar with some all you can eat and drink items, billiard table, shadows under the trees and several sun beds for everyone. The pools are clean and kid friendly. The breakfast is on a terrace where you can see the sea, it’s fantastic looking at it every morning. The beach is not very close, 15-20 minute walking which can be challenging in the heat, but there is a transport from the hotel 4 times a day. The beach has sand and only few pebbles which is great.
Overall, great stay and great value for money, if we come to Kos again we will surely come back here :)

At the last day sadly we left some things in the hall and contacted the hotel from the Airport, Dimitra answered our phone call and email immediately and was really helpful and promised to send our stuff after us. Thank you again for your kindness!
The desserts were not always the great. When there was traditional Greek dessert it was delicious, but sadly not every day, and the other desserts they had was just so-so for us.

Our stay was great, the place had everything we wanted. Close proximity to the beach and resturant/bars, onsite store at the Hotel, the food everywhere was great and the staff lovely and helpful. Kos island is an beautiful Island and Tigaki is a great and friendly little village.

the staff was amazing, human, kind, accommodating, Anna and Dimitra were amazing. they prepared a wonderful celebration for my son with a cake, they prepared a wedding anniversary for our friends. everything was great

The swimming pools were very nice, along with the all inclusive food on offer. The atmosphere was calm and very family friendly with the majority of the staff being very polite.
The room was ok, the bed was not very comfortable and the window on the door lets too much light in at night from an outside light disrupting sleep. The shower was not very good, only hanged above a bath and was hit and miss whether it was going to be heated or not.

The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view of the roof terrace. The free cocktails from 6pm were great. The pools came in handy. Lunch & dinner were often the same, but always tasty and well-maintained. The staff was great and super friendly if you need info about ANYTHING the reception will take amazing care of you!! The rooms were also very okay so to sum it up it was great and we will definitely go back!

The staff at the reception, especially Dimitra and her younger colleague were super friendly and helpful. Every request we've had was no problem. The rooms are decently sized and everything was clean. Food was also of good quality, maybe a bit repetitive but there is enough variety to eat a different meal every time.
We've underestimated the distance to the beach (20+ minutes walk) but the offered shuttle service was fast and punctual, definitely recommended to make use of that. Also the tennis court + respective equipment need some love. There were mostly families with children at the hotel, so beware of that.

The Maisonette rooms are comfortable. The food is reasonably good. Some of the courses change every day. Tap beer is decent.
Restaurant bathrooms never had hand soap. WiFi was not usable.

We liked the location - quite close to the beach; very nice ladies at the reception; towels changed often; good A/C; spacious rooms, free parking next to the hotel
1) in the lobby, next to the reception there is an information "smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel". However people were smoking even during meals, while seated at the table! while children and non-smoking guests were sitting next... Mostly during breakfasts. The odor was awful and made meals less comfortable
2) Only 2 drinks could be ordered by 1 person at a time. It was unpleasant especially in the evening when only 1 of us went to get us some drinks - he couldn't order drinks for the entire party.

Definitely great value for money. The pools were great, minimart was handily open all the time, and while the variety of food was average, considering it was all inclusive for the price, I can't complain.
The wifi was quite possibly the worst I'd experienced. I was required to do some remote work in the morning and at night and could not connect consistently. Even when I did I was getting 2mbs and ended up buying an unlimited sim card to hotspot

there is so much to like about this hotel. I’m going to write what I feel is a very honest and accurate review, which will help you decide this is a good choice of hotel. The food is really fresh and healthy, it is somewhat limited in choice, lunch and dinner are repetitive, but see it more as a challenge to make your own variations! Breakfast was great! lots of choice, and always fresh. Was delicious food. There’s a great choice of salads. The drinks were great, beer, wine and soft drinks. ice cream available between 12-5pm. There’s a shuttle bus to the beach 4 times a day but to be honest for the more able it’s a 15 min walk, so not far at all. The apartment was great, really clean. I will definitely return if I’m ever in Kos! thank you
it’s not that I didn’t like these things, but I do think worth noting that there’s no evening entertainment, so if you’re looking for that type of holiday, useful to know. This is a great place for couples, older people who at night time, want to chill in the bar, and play cards etc.
snack time was a little disappointing, but if you have a big healthy lunch you may not need a snack in between!

The hotel was pleasant with good sized pools. The given family room was adequate for a family of four even though I paid for a maisonette which we didn't see. The area is very picturesque with lovely views from the hotel. The restaurants were large with plenty of food available and cold drinks. The staff were friendly in reception and provided us with bags of food on our late arrival. The free shuttle service to the beach was useful. The town was easy to walk to and a bus stop right outside. The hotel was kept clean and it was quiet at night.
The rooms did not have toiletries provided with empty dispensers both in the shower and by the sink. The beds were very hard. The food was limited to same choices most days which became monotonous. Ice cream was only available to buy from the shop. The alcohol was limited and not everything was included on all inclusive. Even the pizzeria restaurant which was closed every night would have only been available to buy food in at an extra cost. Several times the restaurant ran out of cutlery & napkins and we had to wait. Many of the sunbeds were broken and they were also hard. Snacks were disappointing (dried up sandwiches/croissants )and ran out quickly. There was absolutely no entertainment in the evenings. The WIFI was poor.

The ILIOS K Hotel has a great location: 20 min from the airport (by taxi), 20 min to the beach on foot or 5 min by hotel's shuttle bus, 15-20 min to Kos town by regular island bus. We didn't plan to rent any vehicle to move around, so we were very happy to use public transport, which was very comfortable!
The hotel is quite cozy, with two pools and two bars, offering an all-inclusive option.
The room is spacious enough, has a balcony and an air-conditioner (ours was working without any problems).
The food is delicious and various!

I had an excellent week at the hotel. Dimitra is the most wonderful of hostesses. She was there for everyone and was only too happy to help. The hotel is close to Tigaki village, so easy to walk to and try some local cuisine. The food in the hotel is great, especially breakfast. Great selection of drinks. Plenty of space around the pool. The rooms could be modernised, but it will not affect your stay here. You are surrounded by amazing and friendly staff.
My Mum and I loved it here and in Kos and cannot wait to stay again.

The rooms were cleaned daily. There were two pools, which were amazing! The food was decent and the drinks were flowing. The hotel was nice, it had a nice feel to it. The staff were really nice. Hotel location was great, with regular travel to the beach and it was near the salt lake. I'd go back again for sure
The rooms were a little tired and in need of modernisation. Our bedside tables were broke (we'd booked deluxe rooms)

Aircondition putted not direct over the bed upstairs. Or its noisy or its super cold. I was sick few days after it. After one super cold night we put it much lower but its still over the bed.
Of course we are not at vacation to train super hard at gym, but most of the equipment was broken :D

The buffet was great, fresh fruit, very versatile for breakfast, lunch and dinner, always fresh salad and a nice choice of fruits and desserts. Wasn’t boring after a week.
The staff was super helpful, very friendly, multilingual and always efficient and friendly while helping out with any questions one had.
The little store had everything one needed. The rooms were cosy, super clean and the small balcony was nice! I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Generally our stay was pleasant. Meet our expectations. Food was tasty. Room service every day if you want. Rooms, Pools and shared areas clean and good condition.
Cocktails is served only evening bar. Pool bar offering narrow menu. No evening attractions. Grilled vegetables are overcooked - preffered more crispy ;)
