Bed was not comfortable Overpriced compared to other hotels in the area

A pretty standard airport hotel, small rooms - nothing special and nothing to make us return. For shoppers however, it is right beside the Chicago Outlets Mall. The shuttle bus will run you there if it is available, and there is a free-of-charge Rosemont bus outside the mall for your return if the shuttle is away at the airport.

The shuttle bus was patchy. There is just one, and it is not always available. The long open bar is in the lobby, so it's not cozy or relaxing. I felt that the price for what is on offer is high, probably because it is close to the airport. That said, there are many other offerings in the area, and I feel this hotel is overhyped as being trendy when it is pretty standard, apart from the cool zebra-colored figures in the lobby. I chose this hotel thinking it would be better than it was. It was by no means bad, but next time I will choose one of the other less expensive options. One last note, on checking out, we were told that our bill would be sent by email (needed for expenses). It wasn't mailed, and when I called to ask for a copy I was told that since I booked with booking.com, they could not mail it to me, I had to request it from booking.com.

Room was decent but average especially considering I paid 50 USD less at the Sheraton airport hotel and I got a much bigger more luxurious room. Breakfast was OK but it was not included in the price which was already quite high. Fitness OK.

Internet did not work AT ALL. Room average for the price.

Great for an overnight stay by the airport. Our room was spacious and modern and spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom with a big walk in shower. Friendly staff. Convenient airport shuttle

Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a most delicious dinner. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff was courteous and attentive.

Modern hotel close to Chicago Airport and Outlet mall! Clean room with comfortable beds and a restaurant with delicious options for all meals!

Bed was comfortable. It was clean. It's quite new.

Shuttle service was the worst experience of my whole journey. I received wrong information about the pickup location. When I called as instructed, they said they no longer pick up from that location. We had to travel to the other side of the airport with all our bags and a stroller. We called again, they said they were on their way. We stood outside in heat, eaten by mosquitoes with our 3 year old for almost 1,5hours, had to call them several times to finally be picked up by a driver with an attitude. Everyone else got a water bottle but not us. Return trip there was another rude driver. Just because how incredibly bad this experience was, I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern, reception and courtesy bus staff all very good

Bar staff were very lazy, did not come over and offer a menu, we had to go to the bar and they seemed to be too busy chatting with each other to help. I stayed 2 day prior and they were the opposite so must be the specific people.

Location to the airport

It took forever for the shuttle to arrive. The customer service was terrible.

Modern and functional hotel, only a short 5 mins drive from ORD. Much better value than other options in the area, I would definitely return again. The food at the bar/restaurant was also great. On the day of our departure, the shuttle driver was not available, but they immediately called a taxi for us and paid for it.
