It is a very nice apartment in the 7th floor clean and very well equipped. The parking was very convenient. The location was great next to the train station , 10 min waking from the piazza de Ferrari and the commercial streets and 20 min waking from the port . Christina was very hospitable and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Very good apartment, good location close to train station and subway. Friendly owners and easy contact with whatsapp. Well organised, everything you need is in the apartment. Good italian restaurant Piedigrotta at 200 meters. And important, free parking! Good value for money . The only disadvantage is the smell of cigarette smoke. Where does it come from, from the cleaning lady or the previous guests or from the ventilation system, we don't know? It does not disturb a lot: you smell it when you enter, but inside its ok. We could smell it in our luggage 3 days after, but it disappears with time. If not for the smell, we rate this place 10/10, now 9/10 only

It is a great place to stay. You get all the necessary tools, bed is comfortable. The location is calm, doesn't get disturbed by the traffic noise. If you go by car the free parking is really great, you save lot of money.

The apartment is a perfect place for those who looks for more privacy and independence but do not want to resign from comfort. It has a nice design and a big living space. It is equipped with all necessary electric devices starting from hair dryer ending with washing machine, has a fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and air condition both in living- and sleeping rooms. It is situated in approx. 20-30 minutes walking distance from the center of Genova and its most beautiful sight-seeing – you can get there along Via XX Settembre – being an important sight-seeing itself. The bus stop is in front of exit from the building, Genova Brignole Railway station in 5-minute walking distance, so is the bus stop for intercity connections. Very nice and co-operating owner. I had a chance to spend 3 weeks on my business trip in this apartment and had a feeling to be more like at home than in the hotel.

The walls in corridor could be refreshed. The only drawback is lack of windows in bed-room.
