Wonderful stay in Indian Wells
Andrew’s place is perfect for a relaxing break, with everything you might need. I loved it so much I extended my stay to 5 weeks! It’s clean, comfortable, wonderfully located in a quiet neighbourhood and is as great as it looks in pictures. Definitely a place you’ll keep coming back to. Thanks Andrew.

This home is simply beautiful, clean, fun, comfortable and is truly everything you could ever want, all while in the most desired place in the desert, Indian Wells. We’ve now enjoyed this property multiple times and can’t imagine spending our family vacation anywhere else.

Simply stunning!
We recently had the chance to rent this property for our November golf trip to Palm Springs. We were not disappointed! The house itself is beautiful - and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa area. The property manager was super responsive and arranged to meet us upon our arrival to walk us through the details. We had a wonderful stay here and look forward to returning at some point in the future!

Best Vacation Home
We have stayed in various vacation homes across the States and this is by far our favorite one. The house is set up perfectly for our family with two little ones. The pool area is beautiful. The whole thing is so dreamy. We will be booking again shortly to return next year! Oh and Andrew and Joe are fabulous to deal with!

Perfect!
The house was everything we hoped it would be, and exactly as presented in the photos here. It was immaculate and clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The salt water pool was perfect too, just the right size and so much nicer than chlorine pools, we enjoyed it very much. The neighborhood is very quiet, although the property has other houses on three sides, it is not overlooked at all and the garden and pool are completely private. We didn’t see or hear any of the neighbors during our 10 day stay so it totally felt like the secluded retreat we were looking for. The owner was easy to work with in planning our visit and the property manager was super friendly and helpful during our stay. Indian Wells is an excellent location for exploring the Coachella Valley and there is easy access to all the shops and dining choices you could wish for within just a few minutes drive. We hope to make many return visits.

Beautiful home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen and outdoor amenities made for a wonderful vacation for our family. We opened up the many patio doors each day to gentle breezes and never needed a/c. My husband especially enjoyed the outdoor shower next to the master bathroom with full privacy and a gorgeous mountain view. This is a beautiful home in a great location.

This is an amazing house! This was our fourth visit to the Coachella valley and this house was by the far the best house we’ve stayed in. The pool is a great size. The neighborhood is wonderful. The property had everything we needed. The full house audio is a great touch. From the property manager meeting us at the house to the stay, everything was perfect. We definitely will stay in this house again!

Best rental of the desert
Our week long stay here was simply perfect. Everything it says in the description is 100% spot on. My family comes out once a year for a golf tournament and we will definitely be back at this property. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Andrew!

Outstanding luxury property
Fantastic house, the best we have visited in this area. Everything worked as it should, the beds were very comfy and it was very clean and tidy. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful House but not as advertised
The house and yard are beautiful. We were attracted to the property because of the yard and ammenities. Knowing that we would need to work during our stay and recognizing how hot April in Palm Springs can be, the outdoor mister system was key in our search of properties. As was the indoor / outdoor sound system (we don't watch TV but we do listen to music). Neither of those systems were working. Furthermore, the alarm system is not functional and there is no safe to lock passports, jewlery, etc. up in. We contacted the owner about the sound system and his direction was to contact Joe, the caretaker, we let Andrew know that Joe was the one who noticed the sound system was not working at our arrival walk-through. There was no follow-up or response. The shower in the ensuite has a decent leak (the wall is actually separating), so to avoid doing further damage we used the secondary shower for most of our stay.
As for location, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are not any walkable amenities so if you're going for dinner or out, be prepared to drive.
All in all, the house is beautiful, it just needs some attention and repair. The issues are minor and should not deter you from renting, just be aware that not all of the advertised ammenities were functioning for our stay. Had these been functioning it would have been a 5*+ review.
As others have mentioned, Joe is phenomenal. Please contact Joe and not Grace, as she is Joe's wife who passed away last November. Her name and number are still listed on all of the documentation as a contact. The pool and groundskeepers also did an excellent job.

Spectacular Desert Getaway
Lovely home in Indian Wells - a perfect location for exploring the Coachella Valley and all it has to offer. With a mid-century aesthetic this well appointed home was very comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated the outside pool and spa area with multiple areas for sitting and relaxing. Truly a special property and we look forward to a return visit.

Indian Wells Getaway
This home was exactly what we needed for a nice get away. The property was as beautiful as in the photos and was very comfortable. The check in was quite easy and Joe was great. All amenities were there and awesome. We would definitely come back to this home and hope to next year!

Our 3rd Stay - Still Great!
This was our 3rd stay in 3 years at this wonderful property. It remains a great location in Indian Wells within a quiet neighborhood. You are within 15 minutes of virtually anything you need.
The outdoor space is amazing with a great pool that we enjoyed each and every day. Relaxing in the hot tub at night under the stars without any noise around you is very memorable. The indoors comes with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen.
We can't wait to come back yet again!

Hi I stayed here with my son for 10 days and can confirm it is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and description. The pool area is fantastic, where we spent a few relaxing days between trips to the surrounding areas. I could not think of any other items you would need for your stay and in fact its hard to find the time to use all the features! Great design throughout though and a beautiful home.
We managed to fit in the LA dodgers, trekking up in the mountains from the cable car, San Diego and Universal Studios.
Both Andrew (the owner) and Joe (the local agent) were extremely helpful when needed and a definite bonus being able to pay with visa for the security. I am sure anyone staying here will have a fabulous time. Pete
