Very welcoming and polite, breakfast full continental very nice.

This property has a serious security issue. 1. When we arrived in the evening, no staff where present. However, the doors where open. When no staff is present door should be locked and the property should only be accessible by guests 2. The fire alarm was malfunctioning and beeping continuously. The proposed solution was a different room, only after more complaints they realized that it might actually need to be fixed... We didn't feel save and decided to leave although we had a reservation.

Seems to be not really finalized yet, for example the AC was not in operation and no channels on the TV. Not do nice surrondings around the hotel and just next to the train track.

Breakfast was OK, 9 euros per person. The cleanliness. And the hotel's toilet space downstairs which can accomodate 6 persons of all sexes at one time, no stalls or partitions. Our room faced away from the rails and we heard no noise from the trains. Good bed.

Cups and tea bags and a spot for a kettle - but no kettle. There was an A/C, but only the fan worked. A big hole in the wall. A bit hard to find the front entrance - arrival after 9 pm - despite the video sent by the reception (room key in a box - which worked well enough).

there is no functioning a/c and it's too loud/noisy when letting the window/a open because of the trains passing by...

Convenient stop in between long drives. Friendly staff. Breakfast is ok.

We stayed there on our way driving to Italy, and we thought it would be ok the sleep there again on our way back. This second stay was way worse than the first stay. The room was not very clean, especially the carpet. The bed was made with two single sheets, each covering one half of the bed. Besides, not even the sheets looked very clean. The duvet was an only person duvet, although it was a room for two people. The room was absurdly warm, and there was a non-working airconditioning. It was not broken, it looks like they are installing airconditioning in some rooms, but this was not yet working. There was a very dusty and weak fan in the room. We tried to sleep with the window open, but the extremely loud trains woke us up at 4:30.

It was a good place to sleep for one night in between long drives. It's convenient because the hotel is close to the highway. We also stayed here on our way back but the stay was far worse.

There were no curtains in our room, so we were awake at around 6am. The room was extremely warm compared to the outside, and there was no airconditioning. There was only and extremely noisy fan. We could not sleep with the window open because the Hotel is next to the train station, and the trains are very loud. The room was not properly clean.

No service at the hotel. the remote for the air-condition didn’t have the batteries, the receptionist didn’t give us batteries at all. The receptionist did not speak a word of German nor English. There was no cleaning service in the room for 3 days if our stay. No new clean towels. breakfast was extremely bad. apples were not fresh, they were rotten. eggs were not warm. sausages were not fresh. all the time at the lobby od the hotel there were some Turkish people sleeping on the sofa, including the receptionist, which made every walk through the lobby very awkward. Price of the hotel was ridiculous for the service we had.
