Wonderful property along 30a! Great location and home to stay in while vacationing. Lots of great spots within walking/bike riding distance and short drives to grocery stores. Everything you need for your beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here for first family vacation of a family of three. My 2.5 year old stayed in the guest room and my husband and I had the primary. The primary had a tub in the connected bathroom, but no shower. We also noticed after about 5 minutes in the bath that it was leaking, so we could not use. I notified the Property Manager immediately and we did not use it the rest of the week. If our daughter was younger I think this would have been more inconvenient, but it was a very easy thing to shower with her instead. The guest room had a shower, but no tub.
The community is the best we’ve ever stayed in. It felt very homey and safe. We loved looking at the houses and walking around to the shops close by. We stayed the last week of September and after we got there, we realized it was fall break for Georgia (there were sooooo many teenagers! So loud and up super late at night. We also saw a handful of them being disrespectful in a few restaurants and hitting trash cans over.) so next time we will avoid that week and plan for second or third week of September.
The beach - we loved it, the water was gorgeous and wonderful. The only thing that was a bummer was space. From 9-5 there are rentals available, so there is a very small space for families from seacrest to sit. We also brought a small half moon tent for our toddler and they made us take it down. If you’re heading here, bring an umbrella, they are allowed.
The pool was so nice and great!

I’ve been coming to the PC Beach area for years, but never stayed on 30A. Let me tell you, Seacrest Beach is my new favorite place! The house itself was absolutely perfect. It was so nice and clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. Plenty of room, and just super comfortable. The neighborhood itself was just amazing. Beautiful homes, and very safe. We rode bicycles many times during our stay, and never felt unsafe, even at night. I had my two children, and they loved the house, bikes, and the ginormous pool. The tram to the beach was a very nice touch as well, although the beach is easily in walking distance. We loved riding the bikes around the town and also to neighboring Rosemary And Alys Beach areas. There are so many shops and restaurants that are walkable and definitely easy to bike to. This will be our new vacation spot from here on out! The property manager is very responsive as well. Cannot love this place enough!

We had a great vacation in Seacrest Beach. The proximity to Rosemary, Alys, and the heart of Seacrest made walking or biking easy and fun. The pool was just a quick 2-3 minute walk which was really nice with a baby in tow. We could always find close parking to the house. The included bikes got a lot of use from us! The only downside for us was the remodeled primary bathroom not including a shower - it was just a minor inconvenience to go to the first floor to shower, though we did appreciate having the bathtub for our 16 month old! Overall, we had a great trip and hope to be back next summer!

We spent the week with our two little kids so it was important we were close to pools and beaches while being able to get back for naps. We loved that the house had a highchair and pack n play already there. Made traveling with little kids much easier. We have visited 30A over the past 3 years with the accommodations at Long Time No Sea being my favorite. Check-in was easy and the home was clean and well equipped. There was a lot of attention to detail and some sweet “extras” that were so appreciated. The bikes which came with the rental were also very nice to have. Short walk to the pool and tram stop! We will definitely return!

Tina's house was perfect for our family of 4. Great location within Seacrest for getting to the pool and beach. The house itself was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The bikes on property were an added plus that we got a lot of use out of. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property in a great community with a great location. Everyone was very nice. We arrived unexpectedly early and were easily able to get a temporary code to be able to get right into the property before official check in.

Property is just as advertised, if not better. Our family loved the location, cleanliness of the property and the ease of working with the property renter. All sorts of extras that made the stay even better, like beach chairs and games/puzzles. We will definitely be staying again!

My husband and I stayed 3 weeks. We loved riding bikes everywhere and the location of the property. Close to shops and tons of restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. House was clean and had plenty of bath towels. Good tvs with streaming ability. Lots of games available. Beach equipment was great and bikes were practically new and professionally maintained. Grounds and pool stunning but I would say pool not warm enough to swim until mid to late April perhaps- very cold when we were there.
Beaches are the most beautiful in the US and beach access was convenient, especially with the tram. But only ONE bathroom by the beach so most times a decent line. Beach VERY crowded- we drove to the larger beach at the public access area on Orange Avenue until 30A got bumper to bumper.
We were there a week before the crowds and it was glorious but Spring Break time was so crowded and loud - college kids had loud parties nightly until 1 or 2 am outside in the streets. There is security that does rounds but they never came to quiet down the parties.
Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes but zero spices (not even salt and pepper) and we purchased extra towels and dish clothes for the kitchen because there was only one of each. House has BOTH coffee pot and Keurig, which was nice. I also bought hand soap for all bathrooms and kitchen. Not much storage for food, so we had to clear out some cabinets to place our groceries.
It is important to note that, although the downstairs bath and the guest bath both have showers, the primary bedroom just has a tub. This house was exactly as advertised and we would definitely return (during a less crowded time.)

Secrest is a special place. This home was beautiful and had everything needed for a great vacation. Tina was exceptionally wonderful. Disappointments were beds were too soft, pools were not heated, and tram did not run until March 1st, after our vacation was over.

I will say that the heating guy that came to fix it was rude but got the job done and left without saying anything. Noisy construction all around us usually 8-5. The King bed is not at all firm, I would say more like mushy, it could use a better quality mattress. No dresser space in the main bedroom. No food storage space in the kitchen. Had some utensils that were put away dirty, easy to fix. The washer/dryer are small sized you cannot do full size loads, the washer tub is about the size of a 5 gal bucket, the dryer is slightly bigger. The French doors on the main level could use some weather stripping there are gaps we had a gecko in the house which we caught and let go outside. The main bedroom balcony door could also use some weather stripping replaced on the top and bottom, there are large gaps. The bikes were great. There was one large roach on the stairs but it was dead, it is Florida after all. We saw no other critters.

Our stay at Long Time No Sea was fabulous! The house location was perfect because it is near the pool and ocean. It was clean and it came equipped with everything we needed. We used the house bikes every day which was fantastic! This rental is highly recommended!

My husband and I had a vacation planned to visit the 30a area. We chose here because it had plenty of space, and looked walkable. We LOVED this place! There were two outdoor decks, we used both! It’s perfect walking distance to everything, including the amazing pool. It was spotless and had some nice little touches - shampoo, conditioner, and a box of cookies and some coffee! The team was very communicative and answered any questions quickly. Oh and we LOVED having the bikes. Such a nice area to take a little bike ride. Really can’t say enough good things about this place. We would 100000% book here again.

We loved this home for our annual fall break trip! Great location, great home with everything you need to make your beach vacation perfect. Relaxing and comfortable if you want a night in but great location when you do go out.
