Such beautiful sunrises! Very quiet area. The condo is right on the beach! Loved being able to hear the waves as I was drifting off to sleep each night. A lot of shells on the beach to bring home for souvenirs.
Check-in was very easy; code for door was sent before arrival. Management was quick to reply to questions.
Condo is dated, but they have made some upgrades. It was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. If you are a TV watcher, I would suggest taking your own streaming devices for the bedrooms since they only have a few local channels available . Streaming was available in the living room.
Overall, it was a great place to stay!!

We decided to spend a long weekend here to celebrate the new year. Location was great and everything we needed was available for a great stay. Owner was very thorough and communicative. Thanks for a great trip!

The overall impression of the complex was good, pool area clean, grounds landscaped. Location and access to beach fine (no code for pool or beach needed even though says they are in unit). All quiet during my stay.
There is a Publix just down the road, and the condo is well located for exploring St Augustine.
Complex needs recycling facilities and EV charging point.
Elevator not working some of the time.
Individual unit needs new dishes, pots and pans as these were chipped, crackled or stained. No dishcloths. Fridge exterior stained and interior froze everything. Had to turn it to minimum.
No hairdryer. Only one beach chair which was broken, although plenty of beach toys and boogie boards.
The electrical socket in the master was hanging off the wall which would be dangerous for little fingers.
Sofa needs replacing.
Overall could be great with a bit of TLC

I had informed via email that I was handicapped and my son was autistic. I received two pages of rules and directions that must be followed. The "host" sent bare minimum information.....codes for Wi-fi, door, and beach access along with instructions for trash, dishwasher, etc. that must be followed or fines would result. Upon arrival only stairs were visible. I pointed to the middle of the downstairs and asked my son to search for an elevator.
He came back about 5 minutes later saying no elevator.
The next day I called and told the host that I would not have stayed there if no elevator. Her response was "I'm Sorry." Same response that the wi-fi signal was very weak and couldn't use my computer.
Things that need correcting: Kitchen in need of updating.
Appliances very old. Skillets and some dishes were not clean and required hand washing before use. No trash can in bath. No matt in tub and drain very slow and SLICK. Shower control very difficult to turn. Twin mattresses very cheap and should only be used by
children.
I had to literally crawl up and down the stairs. On the last
day as we were leaving and I was crawling down the stairs, a resident said "why don't you use the elevator?"
I will not rent a property that does not have a "host" who
is not familiar with the property. Her "I'm sorry" response to the elevator issue dramatically impacted our trip.
On the up side: the property was beautifully decorated.

This charming condo had everything we needed to relax and unwind. Waking up and sipping coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean at sunrise was a highlight. This location is steps from the ocean. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will be making another trip back soon!

This rental was a special place. Unit was better than as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Proximity and access to the beach was exceptional. We would definitely rent this unit again and highly recommend.
We had a minor issue with the building that was unrelated to the unit itself and the property manager more than accommodated our needs.

Beautiful property! The direct oceanfront views were stunning. The condo was clean and quiet and beach access couldn't have been easier! The condo is situated on a very nice and quiet beach while still being only a 10 minute drive into St Augustine. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The condo was nice & fit our needs but an upgrade in internet or cable services would have been appreciated. Watching local stations while it rained all day made for a very boring day

A very beautiful home steps away from a private beach. It was comfortable, clean, and the views of the ocean were amazing. I did message Marty about getting into the pool and he responded quickly. Turns out it was user error! There isn’t a key for the pool you just have to pull up on the top of the gate. We very much enjoyed st. Augustine and will definitely come back.

My daughter, two grandchildren, and I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo while vacationing in Saint Augustine. It was spotless, comfortable, and spacious, and included everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I definitely want to return to this wonderful place with its fabulous ocean view as soon as possible. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely place!

Nice oceanfront property . Beautiful view from the large patio. Great spot for breakfast or to just chill in the evening.
The condo is in good shape ! Clean - although the water here smells ( probably just normal local water) and the bathroom faucets all have some kind of build up on them . Everything is kept up nice.
They provided all the linens and towels . There is a washer/dryer in the unit.
There is some beach stuff in the storage closet but most of it is old and in bad shape- bring your own beach chairs. The beach is steps away and it’s a very quiet beach!
The location is great ! The Publix is minutes away. St.Augustine is a 5-10 minute drive if you want a little more to do.
Family friendly area, we will certainly be back.
The only issue I have is the check in and check out times. 4 pm for check in and 10 am to check out. I’ve read other reviews that say the cleaning ladies arrive early, so we’ll see. I’ve pd until 10 am so that’s when I’ll be out.

It took us a while to figure out the keyless entry to the condo but once we did it worked. Probably should offer more detailed instructions. Not enough liquid dish soap, and what was their appeared to be watered down. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure wasn’t all that great. But we really did enjoy staying there because of the peace and quiet.

We loved staying in the condo, great location, great parking and amenities. The abundance of towels was appreciated. We would have hoped for the rental to include the basics like salt, pepper, sugar and shampoo. Some of the beach chairs need to be replaced as they are rusty. Overall we really enjoyed our time there and would love to return another time.

Disappointed the Internet was key to our stay, yet weak and didn’t work most of the stay. Small signal in bedroom only and even then wouldn’t connect often. Other minor repairs needed.

If you’re looking for a nice quiet, peaceful beach, Vilano is great. We enjoyed the condo - beachy decor, comfortable beds, close to Publix. Negatives: Only 3 burners on the stove worked, two drawers in fridge were broken and almost unusable. No beach towels provided. Overall, we were still pleased with this condo.

No extra trash bags left in kitchen. Only size put in can was an extra small. One roll toilet paper in each bathroom. Charge an extra dollar and give an extra for the 4 night stay. Not adequate TV channels, just basic channels and it wouldn't let me sign into DISH anywhere account.That ROKU won't accept DISH Breaker flipped power off at 3 am and had two people on oxygen. Had to locate panel box, then no internet the rest of stay. Toilets were SLOW to flush and maintenance didn't seem to help it go correctly. Little things but annoying.

The booking and check-in process was easy, Sandy was great with communication. The condo was beautiful and felt more like a cottage than a condo because of the decor and the ocean is right there just a short walk across the walkway. We loved sitting on the balcony with breakfast or evening beverages listening to the waves, birds, and enjoying the view. Very quiet building, no street noise, no neighbor noise. Elevator was a plus. Needs additional glassware (wine glasses, champagne flutes) but had plenty of what we needed in the kitchen otherwise. Loved having a washer and dryer handy. Very comfortable and spacious. Great parking area. Felt very safe. We've already recommended this unit (2-B) to friends. We will definitely book again!!

We had a wonderful stay at SeaWatch 2B! The location is absolutely gorgeous with the ocean views! It was a quick drive to get to events for the wedding in St. Augustine, and returning in the evening for a wonderful view of the moonlit ocean. The condo was perfectly equipped for our family, we were very comfortable the entire visit. We loved having our coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins. Its close to a grocery store for supplies and perfect for walks on the beach. We loved the property and would highly recommend it.

The property was exactly as described. The location and view was excellent. The condo community was quiet and peaceful. Sunrise views were epic. I would recommend this condo to anyone and will definitely be back! Communication with property management was great!

This is the second time we have stayed at Sea Watch…it’s a fabulous location! We love that this condo building is small, peaceful, and quiet. The view from the condo is beautiful.
That being said, this condo needs some work.
First of all, it was not clean. For instance, I moved the coffee pot over to make room for snacks when we first arrived, and there were crumbs under it. The refrigerator was very dirty on the side facing the counter tops…as if food and grime from cooking landed on its surface and was never cleaned off. The refrigerator trays were broken inside and the door wouldn’t shut completely…because it didn’t seal, we would find small puddles of water dripping on the floor and our food warm.
One burner on the kitchen stover didn’t work at all. I’m no expert, but this seems like a fire hazard to me.
The kitchen did NOT have the necessities. I don’t expect much, but I do own my own short-term rental, and this kitchen had much less than we provide. There wasn’t a sponge to wash dishes, VERY little dish soap, and the hand soap was virtually non-existent (what was there was watered down). No salt.
The bathroom toilet struggled to flush. Often you’d have to flush it multiple times with only a small amount of toilet paper in it).
There was an outlet in the master bedroom that was sticking out from the wall…only one of the two plugs worked. I think this is also a fire hazard.
Overall, it contained the basics but lacked the amenities I expected for the price.
The day we left, the cleaning ladies arrived 45 minutes early, which was a bit awkward.
Overall, I wouldn’t trade the view or the location for anything. We will come back to Sea Watch but will look for a different condo next time.

Great location and unit
Being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves was absolutely amazing. My only concern was 2 broken furniture pieces upon arrival. The lounger on the balcony had a leg broken and tipped my son off of it. The bench in the master closet also had the broken piece just sitting on top of it.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Great Location/Beautiful View
My family loved this property. The beach wasn't crowded. The waves were wonderful. The low-tide pools were amazing. We found ~50 sharks' teeth while we were there. There were plenty of boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kiddos. The drive into St. Augustine was only 4-5 minutes and super easy. Thank you for letting my family enjoy your home!
