The keys in the lock box were convenient. Love the location and it how quiet it was.

Not clean. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable and there aren’t enough pillows and blankets.

Beyond heat exhaustion! Air conditioner wasn’t working. Had to sleep on floors in front of open doors for some outside air. Food was not kept very cold in fridge. Good location and love Bear lake but we were unable to get much sleep from the heat and not having air. conditioning.

It was close to skiing and family.

Tv in bedroom had no service and was too old to run any of our electronics. No one watches A dvd anymore. The stove and oven were dirty and the cook ware and utensils were inadequate and outdated. Had to book a 1 bedroom as we were notified at last minute that the owner of the two bedroom we had reserved and paid for backed out. We made the best out of a bad situation. Will not be using Booking.com again and will share our experience with others. Thanks

This room was a GREAT location... easy to use pool, tennis courts & parking.

The power went out @ 7:45pm on our second evening there , didn’t get a reply until 2 hours later ( Garden City had an outage). Said it would be back on @ 10pm but more like midnight . Hot water was cold after the first 5 guests.

Loved the space and location to everything & the view!! The kitchen is big & loved the location to the tennis courts! The kids loved thier room & bathroom! Lot's of space! A/C worked nicely!

the master bath was small & has (what looks like) mold or water problems under the vinyl by the shower. The bathroom was just small.. The blinds in the master were unable to open. The cupboards in the kitchen were too loud when shutting. Couldn't connect the whole trip to wifi. Couldn't even find the router. Sent a morning trying. Also, the direct TV didn't work & we had to put away dishes that were left in the dishwasher.
