本来预定该住处主要就是看中有热水泳池，可加热泳池需要另外收费，每天至少$80，费用偏高。虽然有足够的暖气，但没有提供被子，只有非常薄的被单毯子，有些不习惯。

Swan House is a wonderful property. We just got home after a four night stay there. We could not fault it. The house layout is great, good size bedrooms with the most comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean throughout. The outdoor seating area is very nice, lots of chairs for the outdoor table and there is a nice gas fire pit with seats. Pool and Hot Tub are great, we never had the pool heated as it was 104 degrees and nice to cool off. TV's is all bedrooms and lounge that worked great. All in all we loved it and hope to come back in the near future. Eduardo was very pro-active in making sure everything was great for us, we really couldn't fault anything. Highly recommended

The house the beautiful very clean and beds comfortable. Pool was so relaxing first time in salt water pool and it was the greatest experience. Great communication with Eduardo responded quickly and very helpful. Check in was fast and easy made my stay a breeze.

Roger was fabulous! The team was always quick to respond and very helpful and friendly! Great location. Three bedrooms with our own bathrooms was a big plus. So are the washer and dryer! Decorated very nicely. Love the pool and hot tub.

The layout of the house was wonderful! One large master with attached office, and two large bedrooms on other side of house. Allowed space for two families to enjoy the house. The neighborhood was very quiet, the heated pool and spa were relaxing, the backyard was private, and the rooms were large and each had their own bathroom. The kitchen and family room (the "great room") was inviting and comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the property was there. We really appreciated that dogs were allowed. The fenced-in backyard made it so we could enjoy the property with our furry loved ones. The location is close to the freeway and local hiking trails, and there's a supermarket less than a mile away.

From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be a great vacation. The house was spotless clean, the rooms were big with lots of room and closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners gave us a tour of the house, the kindest people you will ever meet. We enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi, and even BBQ one night by the pool. We will definitely be coming back again. We travel to palm spring every year sometimes multiple times and our children only want to stay at swan house:)
