Muy amplia.

Miquel's home is beautiful and well-equipped. It was clean and had lots of room for everyone. It has a lovely courtyard, which due to bad weather we did not get to use, but it was a beautiful outdoor space allowing lots of natural light into the living and dining areas. Parking in front of the home in the street was easy. Miquel was super helpful about everything. Sofa was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Easy walk to supermarkets and restaurants in town.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Innenhof konnte man schön neben einem Zitronenbaum voller Früchte und wohlrichenden Blüten sitzen. Parken kann man bequem direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Sa Pobla, strategisch günstig um mit dem Fahrzeug in alle Himmelsrichtungen Ausflüge zu machen, aber auch nur gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.

La amplitud, la limpieza, la chimenea y el patio. Miquel fue muy amable durante toda la estancia. Y pese a que tuvimos un tiempo cambiante y fresco, pudimos facilmente acceder a sitios preciosos, y a la vuelta descansar al calor de la chimenea.

Cierta humedad, propia de este tipo de pisos. Y el pueblo de SaPobla.

Sehr große Wohnung mit schönem Garten. Man fühlt sich teilweise wie im Museum, da die Wohnung mit vielen Unikaten wie Bildern, Vasen etc. ausgestattet ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Mückennetze an den Fenstern wären von Vorteil.

Very nice house away from the touristic crowds in a nice village with very nice square and several caffes and restaurants. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming people and made everything possible for us to have a great holiday.

The place was very nice to stay if you plan to visit the island. You will have approximately the same distance (time) to visit locations on each side (coast) of Mallorca. The apartment was spacious but only some rooms might be use to sleep in. Nice patio - some plants and table to seat and eat. Parking on the street but no problem with finding a place to park. Good communication with the owner of the apartment. Beautiful beach in 15 min driving. Washing machine and dishwasher working good - in use every day.

We had invasion of ants during our stay. :( Very noisy in the morning in the bedroom on the ground floor (street noise). Air Conditioning only in one bedroom and the living room - it was very hot in the bedroom on the ground floor at night. 

The entire place is yours, at this price! Is absolutely as massive (if not more so) than you can see in pictures.
