Das "Loft" verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, 1 Badezimmer. Es ist 750 sq ft. Und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kochgeschirr, Kleingeräten, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Utensilien. The Loft verfügt auch über einen großen Flachbild-HD-TV, Videorecorder und DVD-Player. Highspeed-WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Luftbett steht für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz zur Verfügung.
Ruhe und Gelassenheit. Weit genug weg von den Klängen der Stadt, aber immer noch nahe genug, um bequem zu sein. Diese Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt und bietet leichten Zugang.

Property is in a great location and has nice views. The layout of the loft is comfortable. We had trouble accessing the property on arrival. Directions need to be updated. The bedroom was comfortable and area was very quiet. The bathroom needs a good cleaning, especially around the floor, and the towels and bath rugs need replacing. We were surprised to read the notes on leaving property telling us to strip bed and take sheets and towels down to the laundry room at the main house. We thought that would be included in cleaning fee. Overall with some cleaning it is a nice property.

This property is easy to find and the Atascadero/SLO area offers a variety of vacation activities. I recommend the Loft to anyone travelling to this area.

The Loft is Wonderful
This property is easy to find and the Atascadero/SLO area offers a variety of vacation activities. I recommend the Loft to anyone travelling to this area.

The loft was quaint and we liked the grounds and the neighborhood. In this time of COVID, there was no one around for acres except horses and goats, so that was great. Too hot to use horseshoe pit, but the grounds were nice and well kept. We were short a number of supplies, but the on site manager was friendly, really great at communicating, and very accommodating. We liked being close to Cambrian, Harmony, and the beach, but away from all the crowds. We liked how quiet it was.

Place was awesome and located on a beautiful property. Very easy to access and just a great getaway. Place is right between SLO and Paso Robles. Will book in the future again if I ever end up back out in that area.

The loft is closer to Hwy 101 than I expected. More traffic noise than I like, but since I was gone most of the day it wasn’t an issue. I cook all my meals and would have liked some heavy bottom pans. Otherwise it was quite nice. The manager was very responsive and the whole stay was very smooth.

The Loft and adjoining property is attractive and we'll kept. That said we signed a contract to respect the above property, paid a damage insurance policy (that was not an option) and paid a Damage deposit (seems redundant). We arrived to find no soap (property manager later brought body wash) and we were never was able to watch TV as the TV said "no signal" despite following directions. We communicated again with the property manager and this issue was not resolved. We signed a detailed contract that spelled out monterial consequences for actions that affected the integrity of the property, consequently our visit should be protected as well---namely a refund of our deposit, insurance deposit and the nightly room rate. The amenities detailed above and in the listing we're not provided.

The Loft is clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioner works really well, thank goodness because it was hot! the property is very close to the 101, convenient but if the windows were open it would be a little noisy. Also, you can hear everything that is being said in the Lounge downstairs (which is also a rental unit).

Beautiful property,only 1 problem, I have bad arthritis in my knees and back and it was hard for me to get up the steep stairs to the Loft.Shelly was wonderful to us

Shelly was wonderful helping us with our stay at the loft. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The front deck is a delightful place to sit and watch the sunset. Looking forward to coming back again. We always enjoy our time in the area.

Overall good stay!
This loft is cozy with two couches, a full kitchen and separate bedroom with bath inside. It’s a great in between location to get to either San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles. All 5 star ratings other than cleanliness due to a few spiders (yet to be expected in the area) and the dishes were not the cleanest, so we cleaned them again before use. Shelly was amazing and very helpful for knowledge in the area and I would stay here again. There is also a downstairs lodge area, another house next door Shelly manages, and a outdoor area with a gazebo you can ask her about. She showed us around and it’s a great package for a weekend with a group!
