The location is ideal. Close to everything without being loud or uncomfortable. The staff is really kind and open to help you with anything you need.

There was a private party ongoing with very loud music, you could hear it very clearly in every room. The owner advised us to stay somewhere else.

Bathroom, no water even came out of the hot spigot in the shower, cold water only!!! wifi terrible, it kept going out. Had to go to town to go to good internet service. Overcharged for drink, paid for one drink each time, then the staff claimed first drink wasn't paid for, and charged double. Breakfast was no good, first, supposedly it is not til 8am, they SAY, but the cook shows up half an hour later than that. Then the eggs have a horrible taste, bad or something. Had to eat out to avoid this. We would want coffee earlier, but no coffee available til 8:30am or 9am. Nescafe,, instant coffee, instead of real coffee. I asked by email about which bus to take, and was not informed to ask for a "direct" bus, and instead of taking an hour to get here, the bus stopped at every little town, for 2 1/2 hours. Direct bus info was needed, but not provided. No glasses for water in room; no night stands or table to work on laptop. No info about area restaurants or activities. 3 huge buckets of cloride put in pool, we would not use it.
