This was fine for a stopover night to break up a journey. It's a 20 min walk to Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, which has a pretty centre and lots of restaurants.

The shower room and separate toilet were shared between three double rooms, all occupied, so between six people. This possibility of having to share facilities with so many people was not made clearly on the information provided before booking.

it’s pretty remote from the highway Nice to Amboise.. but the price is low..😊 Also, bedroom has separate entrance from the yard, but the second door is leading to the kitchen, and bathroom through the corridor, where the people walk.. so you can hear all the sounds from there..

Absolutely nothing good about it

This is a total misdescription. The place is filthy, absolutely stinks of dog, and there are two monstrous dogs roaming around off leashes. I had to tell the owner to get them away from me, at whcih point she struggled to control one of them and hit it over the head. The bed is tiny and mattress sinking. My neck was agony and I had a 400km drive the next day. There was no AC yet it’s described as having AC, and no windows so you can’t have airflow. If you leave the main door open it’s a security risk or the dogs will come and endanger my child. The overpowering stink of filthy dogs was horrendous , and random people kept walking through the room past my bed! The bathroom turned out to be shared , and I spent the next day cleaning disgusting dog hair off all my stuff , as the room was covered in it. There is junk everywhere, and the swimming pool (the only reason I chose the place) is filthy and full of dog dander . I couldn’t use the plates in the kitchen either , they’re all chipped badly which is a health hazard. What an absolute mess. I travel the world and I come from a 3rd world country, and I’d never expect this in France !!

The room was clean and location as it was close to a lovely village with plenty of restaurants We could refresh in the pool after a long ride

It It was not clear during the booking process there were not family rooms (we got a cot for our almost 4 Yr old) and that the bathroom and wc were shared There was no airco/ fan in the rooms; there was in the kitchen (outside the rooms) so we had to open the windows to sleep letting mugs and cats into the room The house is located next to a railway so there were trains from tike to time also at night There were no toiletries/gel/ shampoo as described, luckily we had our own Breakfast was basic (coffee pot, some bread and butter&jam) guess it is fair as was included in the price

Absolutely fabulous hosts. Nadin is soooo nice! We have a pleasant conversation, even with a translator :) Only best recommendations. We should come here once more time!!!

It was clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. The people were friendly.

We were disappointed we didn't get to see the pet turtles in the yard!
