The property was not ready for visitors. When we arrived there was no working TV and no WiFi. Nearly every day we were there we had to get a tradesman in to fix things that should have been checked before letting - the pool, a blocked toilet, a broken BBQ etc. After leaving I wrote a detailed letter to the booking agent but have had no response to date.

downstairs toilet did not work

Everything was perfect. However, when we arrived 20 min early to collect the keys we were made to wait u til it was 2pm by the second before getting the keys. When the house is ready and we were waiting, it just seemed a little bizarre. Otherwise all was perfect
