The location is very convenient

The furniture and fixtures of the hotel is very outdated. The bed frames are not even painted its kinda off-putting.

The location of the property is good since it is at the main and commercial business center. Sorrounded by restaurants, convenient stores and walking distance from nearby tourists spots. The staffs are accommodating and easy to talk to. Breakfast is good but sana unli coffee.....

No hair dryer, electric kettle maybe helpful, the linen is kind'a thin. Hot and cold shower is so hard to operate. The center of the room is clean but the corners of the room especially the bed is dusty.

I booked and payed for a double room with a lake view which was not what my wife got, when she complained she was told there's nothing we can do, the toilet and shower leaked and the facilities are old, way overpriced for what she got dont waste the money

The room. Two rooms of four that were given us were not air conditioned. There were no telephones to access the desk for needs.

Bed frame, bathroom, hallway (dark), shower were awful. it’s not worth for the rate at all. Very disappointed with our stay!

The location is at the center of Baguio City and its very accessible. My kids Love it coz its very near the Burnham Park and other establishments. Their Food is also very good. We will look forward to book again when we go back for vacation. GOD'S Willing 🙏

I would like to suggest to provide a kettle for boiling water to drink. That would be very nice and complete for us. Coz my Family like to drink coffee 3x a day. 😆

the bed frame which is made of plywood and and no cover. the room is very very old( no refurbishment done for the last 20 years as i was there in 2003. not recommended.

The location, it is in the heart of Baguio City.

The facility and the building is very old. It really made me sad because the hotel was left to rot. I hope the owners will improve it.

Room was filthy, bathroom sliding door fell off. Spouse screamed but unfortunately she was not hurt, black mold around tub and sink, cigarette smell, ants. Afraid to walk on the filthy floor or the slimy tub. Stayed 1 night in that filthy room because it was already late. No choice. A staff came up to inspect room with me and agreed. She saw the sliding door in the tub. Complained the next day. Given another room but not any better. Considering reporting this hotel to the tourist board. Gives the city a bad reputation. I have stayed in 5 stars hotel numerous times. I expect all hotels to meet a minimum standard. Not expecting 5-star treatment. Warned others not to stay at this hotel. This hotel should be shut down immediately. Health hazard.

The balcony its great, we saw the activities in the sesion road. Very nice location. We plan to stay again next year.

The restaurant , the coffee cup of my son , have a lipstick mark.
