What a fantastic experience. Marlene and her family were incredibly gracious from the moment we arrived. The place is incredibly clean and comfortable with a spectacular view of the lake. Lucerne city center is about 20 minutes away and very accessible. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Marlene's communication was excellent throughout the whole process; booking, pre-stay and during our stay. Of course, part of the final process was taken over by her parents since she had just delivered her second child the prior week to our stay, but they were lovely too. My only "complaint" is that the online photos don't do the property justice. It is WAY more beautiful than it shows. And the apartment was beautifully appointed with every detail you would ever need. Everything was thoughtfully provided with quality in mind. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who has a discerning eye. Thank you Marlene and family.

Eine wirklich schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht.

Es war sauber, heimelig, alles vorhanden von Spielsachen, Spiele, ganze Kücheneinrichtung, Badutensilien, Tücher, einfach alles was das Herz begehrt. Dazu ist die Aussicht einfach atemberaubend. In der Nähe gibt es einen Volg, Bank, alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Top ausgerüstete Ferienwohnung mit einer Traumaussicht von der wir uns kaum lösen konnten. Auch der Garten zum Verweilen plus Whirlpool gefielen sehr. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

This apartment was incredibly clean, with loads of thoughtful touches (stools for children, loads of board games, beach supplies, etc.). Peter and Ursula are very friendly and full of knowledge about the local area. There is so much to do. We are looking forward to a return trip for winter activities.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und wirklich gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage über dem See ist traumhaft schön. Eine Terasse mit zwei schönen Liegen, weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten und Tisch lädt zum Entspannen ein. Leider haben an einigen Tagen die Bauarbeiten an den neuen Häusern unterhalb etwas gestört, die sind nun aber bald abgeschlossen. Der Kontakt zu den netten Besitzern war ebenfalls toll. In der Gegend konnen wir viel unternehmen, die Berge erkunden, wandern, baden, mit den Schiffen über den See fahren und vieles mehr. Die 18 Tage waren daher fast etwas kurz. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen, kommen wir wieder.

Viel Platz zum Sein, wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle Einrichtung, es hat an Nichts gefehlt.

This is a lovely place, great view and very well equipped apartment. Good for kids and if you have a car the location is great for all kinds of activities. Hosts were very helpful and gave us some good tips :)

We loved our stay here. The view is even more amazing than the photos show. The host was very kind and the home was perfect for our family. The owner's thought of everything we may need and we truly felt at home. Truly wonderful stay!

The property has exceptionally beautiful view and the host was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful and well managed Property. The Property is up on the hill and having own car is necessary (parking available at the property).

Emmetten is about 20 min drive to Lucerne and an hour from Zurich, making this place a perfect location if you have a car. It was easy for us to get in and out for sight-seeing. We have traveled extensively and stayed in rentals and hotels and this place is definitely 5 Star! We look forward to staying here again.

The property is well situated with a beautiful garden having fantastic view of the lake below - a view that enchanted us as it keeps on changing depending on weather conditions and the time of the day. We made ample use of the BBQ in the garden to enjoy this view to the full. The apartment itself is easy to reach from the motorway, very clean and well equipped. The children loved playing all the games they found in the apartment and in the garden. The owners of the apartment were very helpful and kind. We would truly recommend this apartment to others.
