Ich bin der Jan Dorwarth, bin Deutscher und lebe seit über 25 Jahren in Orlando and besitze 2 Ferienwohnungen(Objekt Nr 2069780 + 504312). Ich verwalte und putze meine beiden Fewos. selber und die Kommunikation per Deutsch oder Englisch + whatsapp ist ganz einfach bei mir. Kein Teppich, nur Fliesen, keine Haustiere oder Rauchen gestattet. Perfekt für Allergiker. Diese luxuriöse moderne komplett renovierte 95 qm Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern + Terrasse + WLAN ist inmitten eines ruhigen tropischen Resorts mit 24 hr Security. Ventura Country Club ist eine geschlosse ruhige Wohnanlage inmitten einer tropischen Atmosphäre. Geniessen Sie einen Cocktail an einem der beiden erfrischenden Pools. Andere Freizeitangebote wären der Tennis/Golfplatz, elegantes Clubhaus mit eigenem Restaurant und Bar, Jogging Wege, Fitness Center, grosser See, Grillen, Kinder Spielplatz, Basketball, 24h-Security und vielem mehr. Keine Reinigungsgebühr, keine Resort Gebühren und free Parking !!! Keinerlei weitere Kosten. All incl. !!!! Ich habe für meine Gäste einen Ordner zusammengestellt mit Empfehlungen von Restaurants in der Nähe wie auch Supermärkte, Apotheken, Aldi, Walmart, Krankenhäuser und Ärzte. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Da ich nur 5 Minuten von Ventura entfernt wohne und schon seit 25 Jahren in Orlando wohne kann ich Ihnen gute Tips über Orlando und die Themenparks geben. Dieses Ferienapartment wurde komplett total renoviert. Eingerichtet mit edlen Möbeln und einem sehr modernen Wohnstil. Die Badezimmer wurden auch renoviert mit Granit und sehr geschmackvollen Fliesen.Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein LCD Flat TV + Wohnzimmer(3TV's), gratis schnelles WLAN-WIFI und vieles mehr.

First of all, we should not forget that the condo owner has approximately 35 years of hotel management experience. Condo has everything you can think of. For example, I used the portable freezer at home a lot when going out. There was a table and a chair for my child to play with, and the kitchen had almost all the necessary items. There is a private balcony for smokers. Actually, before I rented the condo, I was very skeptical because it had 10 points, but if I had the opportunity to give it 11 points, I would. The owner of the condo is a wonderful person who is open to communication. The condo is Absolutely ideal for families and those who love to play golf. There are even tennis courts on site. The condo owner left a tennis racket and tennis ball for us. I don't know what more to write. I thank him for this nice welcome and his warmth.

Amazing condo with everything you need for a perfect stay! It was VERY clean. The area is quiet and pools close by. Owner is very responsive and check in was very easy! The pictures are accurate! Highly recommend!

We've stayed in a number of VRBO properties and this unit was exceptionally clean. It's decorated in modern design and is well appointed with a full set of kitchen supplies and other household items to make your stay more comfortable such as extra blankets and pillows, portable fans, foldable luggage racks, portable coolers, for day trips, and pool toys for the kids. The owner posts signs throughout the condo to help explain how the appliances work along with the house rules making it easy to familiarize yourself with the property. Even the remotes for the ceiling fans are labeled so you don't mix them up. Don't let the low price scare you. I had the same concern and can unequivocally say we were very pleased with our stay.

Jan's VRBO was perfect for our needs. We were impressed with the 24/7 security and controlled access services of Ventura Country Club, property and surroundings cleanliness, and Jan's excellent service and care. in addition to being located close to the Orlando Airport, the property is in close proximity to Supermarkets, Restaurants, Shopping Centers and Attractions, making it extremely convenient and comfortable . We will consider staying here again in the future. Thanks you, Jan!

Pros. Place inside was clean.
Cons- could not turn air conditioning below 75 degrees. Very uncomfortable!!! buildings very run down. Pools were not heated. Hot tub by pool was broken - Never fixed. Golf course was closed for redoing course. Had been closed for seven months! We were never told. The course Did finally open just before we left. They let animals at The resort. Don’t walk on the grass!! People don’t clean up after them!!
We ended up leaving two weeks early and paying for something else. We will Never stay there again!!! A lot of money and not happy at all about conditions!!!!

We were vary happy by the choice of this property, everything was superb, not a small detail was overloked. Our host, Jan was very nice and easily available for any questions. Kitchen was very well equipped and all was a good quality. Anyone traveling with children woud be surprised to find everything needed, small set of table and chairs, small colorful dishes, beach chairs and even umbrellas in case of rain. 3 beautiful pools are great addition to some relaxing days in the condo. We also liked a nice restaurant on premises, delicious food and great service. We loved everything about this home away from our home in Florida. Thank you l, Jan!

Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. I had every necessity at bay. Very well maintained bathrooms and a cosy/spacious bedroom. A friendly owner and is always there when you need him, A genuinely nice person who wants to share all he know about the area. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

My husband and I stayed at Jan's property for 2 weeks over the holiday. The property was very clean, he was very responsive to any communication. Location close to Lee Vista (lots of restaurants, etc) as well as I-4 and the toll roads. It was a good fit for the 2 of us. Thanks for everything Jan!

Jan is a very nice person and respects your time and space as you spend your time in his rental property. The property is well kept and clean. All the amenities such as AC water and everything inside the house, all function well. I enjoyed my stay in this rental property. I would recommend this rental property to anybody looking for a place in Orlando.

My daughter spent the summer training with Orlando Ballet and we had to find a home away from home for the duration. Jan’s condo fit our needs perfectly. The interior of the condo is very updated and stylish and contained every item we needed. Everything was clean and inviting and Jan was very easy to get a hold of throughout our stay!

My daughter spent the summer training with Orlando Ballet and we had to find a home away from home for the duration. Jan’s condo fit our needs perfectly. Jan’s condo is sparkling clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has every thing you could possibly need - and more. Very stylish (gorgeous bathrooms too!) and more than enough room for our family of four. The heated pool is sparkling clean and was warm enough to swim in December, and the hot tub was great to warm up in when the weather was cooler. Water toys and noodles and a kid’s table were nice touches. Jan is very responsive and friendly and an all-around great host. We have stayed at a lot of different VRBO’s and Airbnb’s - and this was our all-time favorite. We will definitely stay here again!

Superb!
Arrived to the condo earlier than I told Jan. Jan had no prob with. Condo was clean, spotless, and very welcoming. Traveled with two boys (5 and 6 years old) and the condo was decorated with Disney items throughout the house and their room. Everything in the description was given plus more. We had two days thunderstorm during our stay and Jan referred the best indoor activities and restaurants. Returning to do Universal next year and will definitely stay here again...... Thanks Jan!

Comfortable Health Healing Retreat
Our family used this vacation condo as a health healing retreat, and it was great! The condo was super clean with modern upgrades in the baths and kitchen. The community was safe and quiet, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. This is a relaxing get-away for adults and children.
