The views were amazing and the terrace was great! We were here in January and we had sun on the terrace until midday / 1pm. Amazing to watch the sun rise and we also sat out on the terrace at night. Lovely quiet area. Nice little restaurants in the area and only 15mins walk to Arrieta. Little man-made sea pools right on the doorstep for a morning swim. Hosts were great. Gianluca was super friendly and very helpful! Never been to Lanzarote and only ended up on Punta Mujeres from research on the Internet. We didn't want to go anywhere that was too touristy, like the South of th island. Already booked flights to come back and might even rebook here.

The location and the host! The host did everything to make the stay more comfortable but somethings could not be changed. We are very grateful to him for trying hard to make our stay comfortable. He even offered us to go elswhere but that was impossible to find alternatives at short notice in the area we needed to be. Thank you. We had not intended writing a review but Booking.com keep asking for one!

Pretty basic for what we paid over £100 per night. Having to go outside to the bathroom and kitchen especally when it rained. The roof terrace was a bit of a building site! Parking and access was challenging but we knew that before hand. The photographs of the apartment were quite cleverly taken.

The view from the rooftop is very relaxing...

One of the best places in the island. The sunrise from the apartment is incredible. It was a great stay and Fernando is a great host. I will definitely come back !!
