Lage
Die zauberhafte Villa Manjana liegt sehr privat und ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse mit Blickrichtung Süden auf den Atlantik. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe der Strände Praia Paraiso, Carvoeiro-Strand und Algar Seco. Nicht weit entfernt sind auch die Golfplätze Pestana und Vale de Milho.
Ausstattung:
Der 10 x 6 m private Pool ist direkt vor der Wohnzimmerterrasse angelegt und nahezu uneinsehbar.
Die 3- Schlafzimmervilla liegt in Nord-Süd-Richtung. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das 40 m² große Wohnzimmer sowie die modern eingerichtete Küche mit direktem Ausgang zur Westterrasse.
Des weiteren stehen den Gästen im Erdgeschoß zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Doppelbetten (180*2m) zur Verfügung, eines en Suite mit Duschbad und eines mit separatem Bad incl. Badewanne.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich dann ein großzügiges Elternschlafzimmer ( ebenfalls mit einem Bett 180 x 200) mit Bad en Suite.
Aus dem Elternschlafzimmer betreten Sie einen zusätzlichen Terrassenbereich mit einem herrlichen Blick über die malerische Quinta Do Paraiso.
Von dieser Terrasse aus kann man dann noch über eine breite Treppe zur Dachterrasse gelangen, wo sich den Gästen ein fantastischer Atlantikblick bietet und der Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen kann.

Alle Zimmer des Hauses sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der im Wohnzimmer befindliche TV ist zusätzlich mit portugiesischen und englischen Sendern zu empfangen.
In der Küche befinden sich Gasherd, Kühl-Gefrierkombination , Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler.
Im überdachten Barbecue - Bereich Grill und Waschmaschine.
WLAN ist im ganzen Haus kostenlos verfügbar.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Die Villa ist ein Nichtraucherhaus.
Die Schlüssel- und Hausübergabe erfolgt durch unseren Hausverwalter. In denZeiten von 8.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr steht er bei Bedarf zur Verfügung. Abreisen außerhalb dieser Geschäftszeiten, sind die dafür anfallenden Kosten mit dem Hausverwalter abzusprechen. Ca. zwei Tage vor Ankunft in Portugal ist der Hausverwalter vom Mieter zu kontaktieren, um den Termin zur Übergabe abzusprechen. Sollte die Ankunftzeit außerhalb der Geschäftszeit liegen, geben Sie ihm bitte rechtzeitig Bescheid. Die Telefonnummer unseres Hausverwalters erhalten Sie nach der Buchung.

What a fantastic villa, at the end of a cul-de-sac which made it very private. Electric gates so felt very safe. Lovely gardens, fantastic pool. Bbq area outside with laundry facilities. Plenty of areas for eating. Inside the house was three large double rooms, each with their own bathrooms and air conditioning. All the room were very homely and each had it's own terrace. The top floor bedroom had it's own sunbathing balcony which was very private. The photos do not do it justice on the website
A 15-20 minutes walk into the main town, and a 5 minute taxi drive back to the villa. The large supermarket is 10 minutes away in an uber, to get food for the villa. The collection and return to the airport was excellent. Would highly recommend this villa, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you 😁

Spacious accommodation which is home from home. The owners and the in country host Stefan have been fantastic – responsive and easy to deal with. The only down fall, you will not want to go home! I would not hesitate to recommend this, our best villa to date - Ich danke ihnen vielmals Dierk, Monika & Stefan.

Villa was stunning. Pictures really do not do it justice. Very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, to pool inflatables.
Location is great, away from the main roads, but still walkable, about 25-30 minute walk into the village, but only 4 or 5 Euros in taxi or Uber. Few minute walk to Restaurant on Qunita do Paraiso which was very good also.
Communication from both the owner, and Stefan, the property manager was first class. Would love to stay again, if we can find dates which work!

An exceptional place to stay for a relaxing break this villa has everything you need and is in an ideal location for Carvoeiro and the Western Algarve.
The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped, and has plenty of outside areas with furniture including a BBQ area and a roof terrace which was ideal for star gazing.
Local restaurants, Oliveira and Escondidinho are good and great value so you dont have to walk to the town centre (20 mins) where there are a range of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. to suit everyone's tastes, close to the beach.
Use of a car is recommended to get to the larger supermarkets near to Lagoa and to enable visits to other local towns. We would suggest trips to Lagos, Ferragudo and the river boat trip from Portimao to Silves is a must (we used Sun Boats)
Whilst we were staying the Carvoeiro "Black & White" event took place, 35,000 visitors on the beach and main streets watching & listening to a range of entertainment until the early hours - an added bonus to our holiday experience.

We were 3 generations holidaying at this property, which suited all our needs. It has a good layout enabling different age groups to have their own space. It was well looked after very clean and in a good location. The property isn't overlooked and is at the end of a small cul de sac. It is within walking distance to a nearby resort, providing you are fit and healthy.... I have limited mobility and was able to get around the villa without to many problems, but needed transport to go further afield. Personally, I would have liked a handrail on the steps to the pool to make access easier. Luckily I had family to assist me in and out. We didn't realise that cleaning and change of bedding/towels was included in our 2 week stay, so that was a pleasant surprise. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again

What a place to stay. From start to finish the place was brilliant. Moni the owner was more than happy to help and Stefan the manager was available for everything we needed.
As for the property it was fantastic and I’ll list.
1. Really clean, the only place we have ever stayed where my wife didn’t feel the need to wash the cutlery etc.
2. Really well stocked. As an avid cook it was such a blessing to have a good set of knives and there were more pots and pans than you would ever need.
3. Rooms and bathrooms were perfect, comfortable beds and great showers
4. Outdoor area was great for bbq, chilling, swimming, whatever you want.
5. Views for the balconies were great. An early evening gin on the roof is time well spent.
I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Fantastic Villa, great location, the website needs to be amended so that the cleaning fee of 150 euros and the late arrival fee of 50 Euros is easy to see without the need to open more info in the relevant sections, otherwise highly recommended and Stefan the property manager is really helpful.

You won't find a better place to stay, absolutely amazing.
Honestly cant fault this property, it was like home away from home or even better. Perfect house, perfect location, perfect hosts. The pool was fantasatic. We ate home most evenings because we enjoyed barbequeing and sitting out by the pool and just relaxing. We were located near to the town, and supermarkets with lots to do nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was one of our best holidays.

La maison est parfaite. Super bien équipée dans un endroit très calme. 15 min à pied de la plage de Carvoeiro et 10 min à pied de la falaise.Les propriétaires sont très prévenants. Stefan qui s’occupe de la maison est au top. Bref, tout est parfait…Merci encore pour ces super vacances!…

Magnificent week in a superb quiet villa. All the necessary equipment is present and allows you to cook easily.
The pool area is over-equipped with sufficient deckchairs and beach umbrella.
Very comfortable bedrooms and accessible bathrooms for each room.
The city of CARVEIRO and these shops is peaceful and on a human scale.
The reception was perfect and allowed us to provide us with good recommendations (thank you Stephan).
Thank you Dierk and Monika for the reassuring exchanges before the rental.

Superbe villa au calme
La villa est tres bien situee dans une impasse au calme, a environ 5 minutes de la plage en voiture. La maison est superbe tres bien equipee, nous avons beaucoup profite des espaces exterieurs et de la piscine. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Cette villa est a recommander !!! :)

C'est la 3ème fois que nous louons cette maison et c'est un moment toujours aussi parfait.
Les propriétaires sont adorables et de très bon communicants.
Stefan qui s'occupe des locations est aussi au top.
La maison est bien située, très confortable et tout y est.
La literie est très bonne.

Sehr schöne Ferien in Carvoeiro
Wir verbrachten 16 sehr angenehme Tage in der Villa der Familie Neumeier. Die Betreuung durch den Hausverwalter war hervorragend ebenso wie die gesamte Ausstattung der Villa. Alle Angaben betreffend die Einrichtung waren korrekt es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Von der Geschirrspülmaschine über die Klimaanlage bis hin zum beleuchteten Pool und den Fliegengittern - alles ist vorhanden, um eine erholsame und schöne Sommerzeit zu verbringen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gross genug für die ganze Familie. Wir können diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
We spent 16 very pleasant days in the villa of the Neumeier family. The support by the caretaker was excellent as well as the complete equipment of the villa. All details concerning the furnishings were correct and nothing was missing. From the dishwasher to the air conditioning to the illuminated pool and the fly screens - everything is available to spend a relaxing and beautiful summer time. The pool is very nice and big enough for the whole family. We can definitely recommend this villa and will be happy to come back.

The description of the house was spot on, the owners responsive and helpful and finding the house and picking up the keys was a smooth and seamless experience. We're family of 5 with children from 1.5 to 7 years and it's a very family friendly house. Spotless and with all mod cons at your disposal. Well located near a mini Mercado and handy Italian restaurant, there's also a local Portuguese restaurant worth a visit. A short stroll downhill to town and a number of fabulous beaches with 10 mins. We couldn't have been happier during our holiday and all going well would love to return next year. Thanks Stefan for the tip also on our last day, we spent a lovely few hours on the beach at Faro before flying.

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay here in July/August. The house exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The children's play house full of inflatables, a pump ( for the inflatables we brought with us), parasols and bats and balls for the beach an excellent touch. It was fantastic to have lots of kitchen knives that actually cut vegetables and a freezer full of freeze blocks and a cooler to put them in for longer trips out. The house was so good we probably stayed 'home' more than we usually would on holiday as with the larger than expected pool there seemed little reason to go out some days. Carvoeiro is a 30 min walk away, but if you want a closer meal out we can recommend the Italian on the way to Carvoeiro and only 5-10 minutes walk away (just head towards Carvoeiro and follow the signs to the mini market, it is just past that). We went dolphin watching from Lagos with seafaris and for the third time in a row had an amazing experience surrounded by dolphins, the sand sculptures in Porches are worth a look, we went twice, day and night ( your ticket lets you in for free in the evening once you pay for the day), despite the intense heat in the sand bowl that the sculptures are in we all preferred the day, you don't see the detail at night.
The only reason I have given four stars not five was that after the agent had showed us to the house he asked for 620 euros that we knew nothing about. 500 was for a deposit and 120 for the cleaners. I have looked again on the Home and Away site and if there is mention of it it is so buried I cannot find it. As we did not have that kind of money on us we had to make an extra trip back to the supermarket to use the cash machine. We do not mind the deposit in itself, but would like to have been told in advance. We got the full 500 back when the agent came to get the keys on the morning we left, however if like us you come from a non Euro using country it is annoying to end the holiday with 500 euros you need to either save until a future trip or change back at an exorbitant cost. So four stars for that not the house itself, that we cannot fault.

Magnifique maison avec tout le confort
Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison avec nos 3 enfants. Tout a été parfait : l'accueil, le confort, la fonctionnalité de la maison, la propreté et la situation ( à 5 min en voiture du centre de Carvoiero et des 1ères plages). On se sent dans cette maison comme dans la notre : il ne manque rien. La prestation menage comprend en plus du nettoyage de la fin de séjour une intervention une fois par semaine : très appréciable. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Pas de vis à vis. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Great vacation at Vila Manjana
Our family had an excellent experience renting the Vila Manjana for 10 days in July 2017.
The house is perfectly located in a quiet area, but still in walking distance to Carvoeiro. The garden and pool is bigger than expected from the pictures and the house contains several nice terraces with beautiful view. This is also by far the best equipped and functional house we have rented in the area. A house were everything works and nothing is missing! The communication with the local representative and the owners was also smooth and friendly. We will definitely consider renting the house again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Top-Ferienvilla, absolut traumhaft!
Wir sind soben aus Carvoeiro zurückgekehrt und blicken auf einen traumhaften Aufenthalt von knapp 2 Wochen in der Villa Manjana der Familie Neumeier zurück. Den Meinungen der bisherigen Empfehlungsgeber können wir uns vorbehaltslos anschliessen. Die Villa ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Von der Geschirrspülmaschine über die Klimaanlage bis hin zum beleuchteten Pool und den Fliegengittern - alles ist vorhanden, um eine erholsame und schöne Sommerzeit zu verbringen. Auch die ganze Betreuung rund um die Vermietung war perfekt. Wohnungsübergabe, Zwischenreinigung sowie Abgabe waren professionell organisiert und wurden einwandfrei durchgeführt, alles wie vereinbart.
Wir können dieses Objekt zu 100% empfehlen. Es ist eine Ehre, in diesem schönen Haus den Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an die Familie Neumeier und an Stefan, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt :-)

Absolut Top, unbedingt zu empfehlen
Wir haben diesen Frühsommer vier wunderbare Wochen in diesem traumhaften Domizil verbracht. Die ersten beiden Wochen waren wir in dem Haus sechs Erwachsene und vier kleine Kinder (zw. 3 M und 3 J). Dann ist es allerdings wirklich voll und ganz belegt.
Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer (alle mit eigenem Bad!), eine extrem gut ausgestattete Küche, eine Südterrasse am Pool mit Grill, einen Südbalkon im 1. OG von dem noch eine Treppe zu einer kleinen aber sehr feinen Dachterrasse führt.
Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen aus dem Inserat absolut erfüllt. Alles war super sauber, funktionsfähig sowie persönlich und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt eine kleine Überdachung mit Waschmaschine und Grill sowie hinter dem Haus eine kleine Hütte mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien für Strand-, Grill- und Heimwerkertätigkeiten.
Haus, Pool und Garten wird gereinigt. Handtücher sind da, neu und sauber.
Was aber vor allem herauszuheben ist: Die Art, wie das Ehepaar das Haus vermietet, ist als mache man Urlaub bei Bekannten. Sie geben sich große Mühe und investieren viel Aufwand. Für uns hatten Sie bspw. extra eine Absperrung für den Pool besorgt, wegen der krabbelnden Kinder.
Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, ohne wird es denke ich schwer. Aber mit dem Auto sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände, und Ausflugsziele (Wasserpark 10 min entfernt) kurzfristig zu erreichen.
Lagos ist als Städtetrip auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, aber auch Faro war super. Außerdem ein echtes Erlebnis war der Küstenabschnitt um Carvoairo mit seinen diversen kleinen Stränden und Grotten.

Wir haben knappe 3 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Manjana verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang durch den Hausverwalter Stefan war sehr freundlich und informativ. Während des gesamten Aufenthalt stand Stefan jederzeit für Rückfragen gerne zur Verfügung. Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit (Pool, Außenbereich und Innen) war so wie es sein soll ... unsere Jungs haben den Pool nur zum essen und schlafen verlassen. Es sind ausreichen Gartenmöbel vorhanden und verschiedene Dinge für den Strand im Gartenhaus dürfen benutzt werden ... super. Nach ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Centrum von Carvoeiro, aus unserer Sicht auch ein Vorteil dieser Villa. Wir können diese Villa also uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kehren bei unserem nächsten Urlaub an der Algarve gerne wieder dorthin zurück.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Manjana
Wir haben knappe 3 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Manjana verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang durch den Hausverwalter Stefan war sehr freundlich und informativ. Während des gesamten Aufenthalt stand Stefan jederzeit für Rückfragen gerne zur Verfügung. Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit (Pool, Außenbereich und Innen) war so wie es sein soll ... unsere Jungs haben den Pool nur zum essen und schlafen verlassen. Es sind ausreichen Gartenmöbel vorhanden und verschiedene Dinge für den Strand im Gartenhaus dürfen benutzt werden ... super. Nach ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Centrum von Carvoeiro, aus unserer Sicht auch ein Vorteil dieser Villa. Wir können diese Villa also uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kehren bei unserem nächsten Urlaub an der Algarve gerne wieder dorthin zurück.

Schöner Urlaub in Carvoeiro
Wir verbrachten zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in der Villa der Familie Neumeier. Der Empfang vom Hausverwalter war hervorragend sowie die gesamte Ausstattung der Villa. Alle Angaben betreffend die Einrichtung waren korrekt es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gross genug für die ganze Familie. Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Einen grossen Dank an die Familie Neumeier dass wir unseren Urlaub in ihrer Villa verbringen konnten.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem perfekten Ferienhaus verbracht.
Lage und vor allen Dingen die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind top.
Die Vermieter sind absolut zuverlässig und wir wurden auch vor Ort durch einen sehr zuverlässigen Hausverwalter betreut.
Dieses Domizil wird von uns uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen.
