Beds not good, kitchen stuff, dining room lighting doesn’t give off much light.

The decor is very nice, and the hot tub was a great feature. Its within a 15-20 minute walk from Main St (Downtown Fredericksburg). We comfortably stayed with 6 people total, but you could easily fit 4 more. The porch is great for relaxing in good weather with its rocking chairs.

You could only lock the back door from the outside (not the front) but this wasn’t a huge deal. There’s a covered carport in the back. The Wi-Fi was hit or miss though, not the most reliable.

Very clean and spacious. House is picturesque inside and out. Gameroom was excellent. Nice big dining table.

The house was very charming with roomy bedrooms, up-to-date bathrooms and kitchen appliances, ample cookware and utensils. The game rooms were excellent, with plenty of activities.

The door between one of the bedrooms and its attached bathroom did not latch, so it tended to swing open.

Very nice home! It was well kept and nicely laid out. Large kitchen and dining area. The beds/bedrooms/bathrooms were beautiful and comfy. The game room and separate, upstairs loft was a great space for the young adults. The house was loaded with games, kitchen utensils and pretty much everything that we needed. The front porch was a nice place to sit (or swing) and visit. The hot tub was located in a cute, little enclosed yard, just off of the dining area, with patio furniture. Everyone had enough room, complimented the property and had a wonderful time. It's close to shopping areas, too. The agent responded quickly when I needed help. The pictures really don't do the property justice. (*My niece WAS able to open the lock box and the keys were there ~ Bonus!)

The plumbing could use some attention, slow drains and a nonflushing toilet. The wi-fi didn't work the majority of the time.The agent said that someone would come to fix the wi-fi, but didn't. The property is NOT handicap friendly. It was hard to negotiate some areas of the house and all of the steps/stairs with a walker or wheelchair. (*I couldn't open the lock box...)

It’s a beautiful home and has a hot tub and game room for entertainment. Traveled with a group of couples and we absolutely loved it. Only about 20 minutes from enchanted rock and 5 minutes from town. Definitely recommend it!

It was perfect for our group. We have one girl who likes to be by herself so the loft was perfect for her. I loved everything about the house.

Maybe the sectional. It was very difficult to get up from it it was so low in the floor

Very convenient location.

The only bump was the air conditioner broke the first day but the owners were very responsive and sent in fans and repair team. the beautiful home had very tall ceilings and lots of circulation.
