The room was very comfortable and clean.
A little difficult to get in the room. Room described as “river front” is not in fact in front of the actual river. Unable to lock the room door when leaving and no return call from the owner. Had to get help from another guest to lock the door. Instructions should be more specific regarding this. Not completely satisfied with having to strip the bed and take out trash after 186$ for one nights stay.

The location was Amazing!! On the Little River and just down the road from the Smokies...
The property, bonfire pit, amazing porches with rockers...
Very Nice.
The room could have been cleaner... fire in the toaster oven :{

The riverside location was wonderful. My room was clean and attractively furnished. The kitchen was nicer than my own! Area rugs made it home like. The shower stall was new and the water pressure was excellent. I had no problem with the access code. The bed and sofa were comfortable. I didn't hear ANY noise from other guests.
The blinds didn't block out all the light, and I had trouble sleeping. Drapes may have helped. There was plenty of closet space, but still no hangers. (After reading reviews, I brought my own!) Light bulbs were low wattage, and it wasn't easy to work at the desk due to the low lights.

The door doesn’t lock so when I left my room I had to worry about my things. Having to strip the linens off of the bed and do the dishes is annoying when you call this a “retreat” 🤣. Also the shower had pink slimy mold in the corner and the bathroom floor was rotting and molded in the corner where the shower is.
